实现中国梦视域下的反腐倡廉建设研究

【摘要】：“中国梦”作为华夏儿女千年期盼之“承载”和“追求”，不仅是以人为本的个体之梦，更是实现中华民族的伟大复兴之梦，涵盖着实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福三个深刻意蕴，其本质是民族梦与个人梦的统一，是理想与现实的统一，是中国与世界共同进步发展的统一。由此彰显中国梦之于中国经济社会发展、现代化建设、社会主义核心价值观形成、助推世界和平与发展等诸多维度意旨。当前中国社会呈现的花样百出的腐败行为,给中国梦的实现带来极为不利的影响,甚至足以断送社会主义现代化建设的一切成果。以往的历史告诉我们，对于腐败的冷漠和无视必将破坏中国梦实现的经济基础，扰乱中国梦实现的政治秩序，削弱中国梦实现的文化根基。正是基于此，反腐成为了关系党和国家生死存亡的一场严峻的政治斗争。探讨腐败与中国梦实现的关系就成为了学理所需、实践所然，本研究正是在吸收借鉴国内外已有研究成果的基础上，，综合运用文献研究、逻辑推理等方式，从政治、经济、文化等角度分析和论证腐败对实现中国梦的危害性，揭示出反腐败与实现中国梦之间相辅相成、不可分割的辩证关系:中国梦要求反腐倡廉建设的推进，反腐倡廉建设的不断进步又反过来助推中国梦的实现。并针对腐败之害对预防和惩治腐败作出积极的对策探析,从法治建设、制度建设、深化改革、利益观倡导、源头上防治腐败等五个维度试图为当前反腐倡廉建设和中国梦的实现提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:"Chinese Dream", as the "bearing" and "pursuit" of Chinese sons and daughters for thousands of years, is not only an individual dream of putting people first, but also a dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, which covers the realization of national prosperity and national rejuvenation. The essence of people's happiness is the unity of national dream and individual dream, the unity of ideal and reality, and the unity of common progress and development between China and the world, which reveals Chinese Dream's economic and social development in China. Modernization, the formation of socialist core values, the promotion of world peace and development, and many other dimensions of purpose. At present, the corrupt behavior of various kinds in Chinese society has brought extremely unfavorable influence to the realization of Chinese Dream, even enough to destroy all the achievements of the socialist modernization construction. The past history tells us. The indifference and disregard for corruption will destroy the economic foundation of the realization of the Chinese dream, disrupt the political order of the realization of the Chinese dream, and weaken the cultural foundation of the realization of the Chinese dream. Anti-corruption has become a serious political struggle related to the life and death of the Party and the country. It is necessary and practical to probe into the relationship between corruption and Chinese Dream. This study is on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign existing research results, comprehensive use of literature research, logical reasoning and other ways, from the political, economic. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the harmfulness of corruption to the realization of Chinese Dream from the perspective of culture and reveals the complementary and indivisible dialectical relationship between anti-corruption and the realization of Chinese Dream: Chinese Dream calls for the promotion of anti-corruption construction. In turn, the continuous progress of anti-corruption and promoting clean government will help to promote Chinese Dream's realization, and make a positive analysis on the prevention and punishment of corruption in view of the harm of corruption, from the construction of the rule of law, the construction of system, and the deepening of the reform. The five dimensions of the concept of profit and the prevention of corruption at the source attempt to provide reference for the current anti-corruption construction and the realization of Chinese Dream.
