【摘要】:我国新一轮的基础教育改革开始于世纪交替之际,本次改革以课程与教学为主。课程是社会政治、经济、尤其是文化科技发展对人们素质要求的集中表现。社会的发展对人们发展提出何种要求,其所编的课程也在不同程度上体现此要求,不同的课程有不同的教育作用。而作为人文科学的基础课程之一的历史学科来说,,对学生的全面发展和永久性学习上有着重要意义。迄今为止历史学科的改革已经近十余年了,期间教育部颁发了2001年《全日制义务教育历史课程标准(试用稿)》和2011年《义务教育历史课程标准(修订稿)》。本文以历史课程标准的试用稿和修订稿相比较为研究点,进一步发展课程改革的新观点新理论,提出了以新历史课程为指导教学的建议。 本研究共分为三部分:第一部分是对《义务教育历史课程标准》2001年版与2011年版的比较,在此笔者将对两版课程标准的前言、课程目标、课程内容、实施建议这四个方面进行比较;第二部分是相对于2001年版,2011年版发生变化的原因;第三部分为如何以新课程标准为指导思想,并以此为基础让中学教师认可新课程标准的权威。
[Abstract]:At the turn of the century, the new round of basic education reform in China begins with the curriculum and teaching as the main reform. The curriculum is social politics and economy. In particular, the development of culture and science and technology to the concentrated expression of the quality of people, the development of society what kind of requirements for the development of people, its curriculum also reflects this requirement in varying degrees. Different courses have different educational functions. And as one of the basic courses of the humanities, the history subject. It is of great significance to the all-round development and permanent study of students. Up to now, the reform of history has been going on for more than ten years. During the period, the Ministry of Education issued the History Curriculum Standard for Full-time compulsory Education (trial draft) on 2001 and the History Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education on 2011 (revised draft). This paper compares the trial draft of history curriculum standard with the revised draft. Further developing the new viewpoint and new theory of curriculum reform, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to guide the teaching by the new history course. This research is divided into three parts: the first part is the comparison between the 2001 edition of compulsory education history curriculum standard and 2011 edition. The contents of the curriculum, the implementation of the recommendations of the four aspects of comparison; The second part is relative to the 2001 version, 2011 edition of the reasons for the change; The third part is how to take the new curriculum standard as the guiding ideology and let the middle school teachers approve the authority of the new curriculum standard.
