论苏湖教法对当前高中教育改革的启示

【摘要】:北宋杰出教育家胡瑗在继承宋以前儒家教育的传统基础上,创造了“苏湖教法”,顺应了社会政治、经济、教育的发展需要,并取得了极大的成功。胡瑗创造的“苏湖教法”不仅仅是一种教育方法,而且是一种教育理念。“苏湖教法”以明体达用为办学的宗旨和教学原则,其教学方法多样,包括分组教学法、快乐教学法、实践考察法、人格感化法、商讨式教学法、奖激教学法、讲授教学法等。“苏湖教法”批叛了当时科举学而优则仕,只重经学,学习只为科举考试,读书就是死记硬背的风气,改变了当时重辞赋的虚浮风气,而重经学的实际运用,它在当时不同程度上满足了不同人才的需求。本文把“苏湖教法”放在北宋初期这一特定的历史背景下进行研究,分析其产生的原因,全面介绍了其内容,并探究了其对当时及后世的影响。而我国现在的高中教育出现了一系列的问题,分析当前的时代特征及社会背景,用“苏湖教法”这一成功教育改革案例的教育思想、原则来指导当前高中教育改革,得出改善当前高中教育问题的有效措施。文章主要分为四个部分,第一部分详细阐述了“苏湖教法”产生的历史背景,包括产生的经济背景、教育背景以及社会对人才的需求的背景,“苏湖教法”的内涵和影响。第二部分分析了当前高中分科教育出现的问题,以及取消文理分科这一新政策提出的社会背景。第三部分是“苏湖教法”对当前高中教育改革的启示,具体体现为明体达用,注重实学;因材施教,培养具有个性特长的学生;根据社会需求,合理设置课程;优化教学方法,注重教学实效。第四部分为本文的结论,针对胡瑗的教育教学理念和方法,以及我们目前高中教育的实际和趋势,得出结论“苏湖教法”对我们今天的高中教学改革有着深远的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The Northern Song Dynasty outstanding educator Hu Yuan inherits in the traditional Confucian education before the Song Dynasty, created "the teaching of Su Hu, conform to the social politics, economy, education development, and achieved great success. Hu Yuan created" the teaching of Su Hu "is not only a kind of education method, and is a kind of education the concept of" the teaching of Su Hu. "In order to clear the body up with for the purpose of education and teaching principle, the teaching methods are various, including group teaching, happy teaching method, practice method, personality influence method, discussion teaching method, teaching method teaching award stimulated, teaching method. "The teaching of Su Hu" in the early Northern Song Dynasty in this particular historical background research, analysis of its causes, introduces its content, and explore its effect on that time and later. But our country present high school education appeared a series of problems, the analysis of the current characteristics of the times and society with the background of "the teaching of Su Hu" is a successful case of reform of education education thought, principles to guide the current high school education reform, the effective measures to improve the current high school education problems. The article is divided into four parts, the first part elaborates "the teaching of Su Hu's historical background, including economic background and the educational background, the social demand for talents in the background, connotation and effect of the teaching of Su Hu". The second part is the analysis of the current high school branch education problems, and cancel the division of the new deal Making the social background. The third part is the Enlightenment of "the teaching of Su Hu" of the current high school education reform, embodied in the body up with tomorrow, pay attention to practical teaching, training with speciality; students; according to the needs of society, the reasonable curriculum; teaching methods, teaching effectiveness. The fourth part is the conclusion of this paper in view of the education, teaching idea and method of Hu Yuan, and our current high school education and the actual trend, we can draw the conclusion that "the teaching of Su Hu" has profound guiding significance in today's high school teaching reform.
