基于历史演化视角的全运会运行绩效评析

【摘要】：全运会作为我国规模最大、层次最高、水平最强的全国性运动会,从新中国建国至今,辉煌了半个世纪之余,对我国体育事业的发展和群众身体素质的提高做出了举足贡献。随着我国政治、经济、文化、社会和生态“五位一体”并驾齐驱式发展,尤其在利益驱使下,全运会在我国实践发展中出现了很大的异化,造成了很多不良现象的发生,如金牌内定、兴奋剂丑闻、假球黑哨、裁判不公等,违背了全运会举办的最初目的,导致了全运会的发展困境。由此,一个值得深思的问题被引出---全运会是否该退出历史舞台了?基于对此问题的探索,本文从历史演化的角度,通过对已举办的12届全运会发展进行回顾,对全运会的演化逻辑进行厘清,对我国的全运会发展进行绩效评估,最终对全运会的改革出路进行了探讨,提出了全运会要向着市场化、全民化和娱乐化方向发展。
[Abstract]:The National Games as the largest, the highest level, the strongest level of national games, since the founding of New China, has been brilliant for more than half a century. With the political, economic, cultural, social and ecological "five-in-one" development, especially driven by interests. The National Games in our country in the practice of the development of great alienation, resulting in a lot of adverse phenomena, such as gold fixed, doping scandal, false ball black whistle, unfair referee and so on, contrary to the original purpose of the National Games. This led to the difficult development of the National Games. As a result, a question worth pondering is drawn-whether the National Games should withdraw from the stage of history? Based on the exploration of this problem, this paper reviews the development of the 12th National Games and clarifies the evolutionary logic of the National Games from the perspective of historical evolution. This paper evaluates the performance of the development of the National Games in China, and finally probes into the way out of the reform of the National Games, and puts forward that the National Games should develop towards the direction of marketization, nationalization and entertainment.
