外国对缅甸直接投资研究

【摘要】：由于国内政治、经济、文化、历史等多方面的原因,缅甸经济一直处于缓慢的发展阶段。外国对缅甸的直接投资始于二十世纪九十年代之后,在此基础上,考虑到国内经济发展的实际情况和需求,2012年政府发布了新《外国投资法》,目的是为了对外国在缅甸的直接投资行为进行监督和控制。近年来,随着缅甸经济的发展和投资环境的不断变化,外国对缅甸直接投资的规模、领域和资金来源也在发生着翻天覆地的变化。在FDI快速发展的过程中,其为缅甸经济的发展提供了充足的资金,同时也给缅甸带来了先进的技术和管理经验。然而,随着FDI对缅甸经济越来越深的影响,缅甸在吸引和使用FDI时的问题也越来越明显。因此,如何更加有效的使用FDI是缅甸政府亟需解决的问题。本文从缅甸直接投资的环境,包括政治、经济及投资环境等方面入手,详细介绍了缅甸的投资政策以及缅甸引进FDI的现状、特点和发展趋势,并分析了FDI对缅甸经济的积极和消极影响,以及FDI与贸易的关系,最后对缅甸利用FDI的情况进行SWOT分析,从而发现目前缅甸政府利用外国直接投资的情况及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,以期对缅甸的经济社会发展做出一点贡献。
[Abstract]:Due to domestic political, economic, cultural, historical and other reasons, Myanmar's economy has been in a slow stage of development. Foreign direct investment in Myanmar began after 1990s, on this basis. Taking into account the actual situation and needs of domestic economic development, in 2012 the Government issued the new Foreign Investment Law, which aims to monitor and control foreign direct investment in Myanmar in recent years. With the development of Myanmar economy and the continuous change of investment environment, the scale, field and source of foreign direct investment in Myanmar are also changing dramatically. In the process of rapid development of FDI. It provides sufficient funds for Myanmar's economic development, but also brings Myanmar advanced technology and management experience. However, as FDI becomes more and more important to Myanmar's economy. The problem of attracting and using FDI in Myanmar is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, how to use FDI more effectively is an urgent problem for Myanmar government to solve. Starting from the environment of Myanmar's direct investment, including politics, economy and investment environment, this paper introduces Myanmar's investment policy and the current situation, characteristics and development trend of Myanmar's introduction of FDI in detail. It also analyzes the positive and negative effects of FDI on Myanmar's economy, and the relationship between FDI and trade. Finally, it makes a SWOT analysis of Myanmar's use of FDI. This paper finds out the situation and existing problems of Myanmar government's utilization of foreign direct investment, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to make some contribution to Myanmar's economic and social development.
