TK工程检测中心整合策略研究

【摘要】:工程检测行业在我国属于工程界的服务业,截止目前,通过国家试验室认可评定委员会验收的试验检测机构已达6000多家。随着国内第三方检测机构的大力发展,工程检测产业也得到长足进步。目前全国面临第三产业变革的时机,但高速发展的第三方检测行业也出现了存在诸多弊端,夹杂着不合理,甚至不合规的现象。从工程检测市场当前形式看,有不少检测机构存在着严重的恶意竞争行为,既损害行业的整体形象和信誉,同时也制约了行业健康发展。本文在对国内外相关研究进行综述基础上,确立了本文的研究内容与技术路线。介绍了TK工程检测中心主要业务,分析了本机构在行业中所处地位和发展现状,指出了目前存在的主客观问题。简单概述了本论文研究过程中所需的相关理论,从战略角度出发,提出了检测中心整合的必要性。同时运用相似性原理对可能整合的机构进行相似度计算,以及运用钻石模型衡量了检测中心整合后的竞争能力。本论文从服务行业竞争环境、工程检测行业环境分析了整个行业所处的外部环境。结合TK工程检测中心实际,从政治、经济、技术、社会等方面进行外部环境分析,从经营资源、战略能力、竞争优势等方面进行内部环境分析,最后运用SWOT分析方法进行了具体的战略分析。论文依托TK工程检测中心的整合策略,提出整合建议,为相关管理机构以及企业开展机构整合提供参考。
[Abstract]:Engineering testing industry in China belongs to the engineering industry of the service industry, so far. More than 6000 testing institutions have been accepted by the National Laboratory Accreditation and Evaluation Committee. With the development of the third party testing institutions in China. Engineering testing industry has also made considerable progress. At present, the country is facing the opportunity of the tertiary industry reform, but the high-speed third party testing industry also has many drawbacks, mixed with unreasonable. From the current form of engineering testing market, there are many detection institutions have serious malicious competition behavior, which damage the overall image and credibility of the industry. At the same time, it restricts the healthy development of the industry. On the basis of summarizing the related research at home and abroad, this paper establishes the research content and technical route of this paper, and introduces the main business of TK Engineering Inspection Center. This paper analyzes the status and development status of the organization in the industry, points out the existing subjective and objective problems, and briefly summarizes the relevant theories needed in the research process of this paper, starting from the strategic point of view. At the same time, the similarity principle is used to calculate the similarity of the possible integration mechanism. And using the diamond model to measure the competitiveness of the integrated detection center. This paper from the service industry competition environment. The external environment of the whole industry is analyzed. Combining with the reality of TK engineering inspection center, the external environment is analyzed from the aspects of politics, economy, technology, society and so on. Strategic ability, competitive advantage and other aspects of the internal environment analysis, finally using the SWOT analysis method for specific strategic analysis. The paper relies on the TK project detection center integration strategy, put forward the integration proposal. For the relevant management agencies and enterprises to carry out institutional integration to provide a reference.
