德国工匠精神的历史溯源与形成机制

【摘要】："德国制造"借以其专注、标准、精确、完美、秩序、厚实的标签,成了宣传国家形象的金字招牌。工匠精神是"德国制造"的秘密武器,其传承深受本国政治、经济、文化、社会、教育等因素影响。德国人民受新教"天职观"的教义伦理、公平竞争的市场经济体制、企业分权制度和银企链条关系、规范性的工业标准化以及"双元制"的职业教育体系为形塑工匠精神起到了促进作用。追溯历史,可以从德国工匠精神的形成机制中看出德国工匠文化的民族精神,同时也可为我国培育工匠精神提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:"made in Germany" with its focus, standards, accuracy, perfection, order, thick label, has become a gold-lettered signboard to promote the image of the country. Craftsman spirit is the secret weapon of "made in Germany", and its heritage is deeply rooted in national politics, economy and culture. The German people are influenced by the doctrine of Protestant "vocation", the fair competition market economy system, the system of enterprise decentralization and the relationship between banks and enterprises. The standardized industrial standardization and the "dual system" of vocational education system have played a promoting role in shaping the spirit of craftsmen. Tracing back to history, we can see the national spirit of German craftsman culture from the forming mechanism of German craftsman's spirit. At the same time, it can also provide reference for our country to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen.
