【摘要】：第二国际卢森堡、考茨基、希法亭、伯恩施坦等理论家从不同的理论旨趣出发，通过对资本主义垄断组织形式、金融资本扩张、资本积累实现、资本主义的组织性和适应性等方面进行分析，考察了第二国际时期帝国主义的根源、实质、表现形式等，揭示了帝国主义所具有的垄断性、排他性、扩张性等本质特征。理论家对资本主义和帝国主义问题的研究和探讨，丰富并发展了马克思的资本主义批判理论，对列宁的帝国主义理论和沃勒斯坦的世界体系理论都产生了深刻的影响。卢森堡将帝国主义问题放在资本主义的历史发展中去考察，强调了非帝国主义对于剩余价值和资本积累实现的作用和重要性；希法亭探讨了卡特尔关税、经济区等导致帝国主义形成的原因，，并回到金融资本的扩张性上，对帝国主义的形成、扩张特征等方面作了详尽的分析；考茨基探讨了国际分工以及新型工业资本对帝国主义形成的重要作用，并提出了备受争议的“超帝国主义”观点；伯恩施坦企图通过对马克思关于资本主义发展趋势理论的修正，主张资本主义的自我适应性，从而为帝国主义辩护。理论家从不同层面对帝国主义问题的分析研究，他们的理论观点透射着时代气息和学理价值，但是，他们的理论思想也存在着一定的理论不足和局限性，他们忽略了马克思政治经济学思想中包含的社会历史批判内涵和人本主义内涵，陷入了纯粹经济学学理层面的分析，表现了一种实证主义倾向，同时，他们不懂得马克思的世界历史思想，将研究帝国主义的出发点和落脚点放在了资本主义制度下，忽略了非资本主义国家、落后民族在帝国主义形态下的民族性、自觉性和自决权。因此，对第二国际理论家帝国主义理论给予客观评价是一种理论必须。现阶段，我国处于世界政治经济一体化的国际环境下，帝国主义变换了面目继续游荡在世界体系之中，虽然帝国主义派生了新的表现形式，但是其实质依然是第二国际理论家所揭示过的内容。因此，回眸、挖掘第二国际理论家的帝国主义思想对于我国在世界体系中应对帝国主义挑战提供了理论支撑。
[Abstract]:Second International Luxembourg, Kautsky, Hifatin, Bernstein and other theorists from different theoretical interests, through the form of capitalist monopoly organization, financial capital expansion, capital accumulation, This paper analyzes the organization and adaptability of capitalism, investigates the root, essence and manifestation of imperialism in the second international period, and reveals the essential characteristics of imperialism, such as monopoly, exclusiveness, expansibility and so on. The study and discussion of capitalism and imperialism by theorists have enriched and developed Marx's critique of capitalism. It has had a profound impact on Lenin's theory of imperialism and on Wallerstein's theory of the world system. Luxembourg has put the issue of imperialism in the context of the historical development of capitalism. He emphasized the role and importance of non-imperialism in the realization of surplus value and capital accumulation. Hefatin explored the causes of the formation of imperialism, such as cartel tariffs and economic zones, and returned to the expansibility of financial capital. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the formation and expansion characteristics of imperialism, discusses the important role of international division of labor and new industrial capital in the formation of imperialism, and puts forward the controversial viewpoint of "super imperialism". Bernstein attempted to defend imperialism by revising Marx's theory on the development trend of capitalism and advocating the self-adaptability of capitalism. Their theoretical point of view conveys the flavor of the times and the theoretical value, but their theoretical thoughts also have some theoretical shortcomings and limitations. They ignored the connotation of social history criticism and humanism contained in Marx's thought of political economy, fell into the analysis of pure economics, and showed a tendency of positivism, at the same time, They did not understand Marx's idea of world history and placed the starting point and the foothold of the study of imperialism under the capitalist system, ignoring the national character of the non-capitalist countries and the backward nations in the form of imperialism. Therefore, it is necessary to give an objective evaluation of the second international theorist's theory of imperialism. At this stage, our country is in the international environment of world political and economic integration, and imperialism has changed its face and continues to wander in the world system, although imperialism has derived new forms of expression. However, its essence is still the content revealed by the second international theorist. Therefore, looking back, excavating the imperialist thought of the second international theorist provides the theoretical support for our country to deal with the imperialist challenge in the world system.
