基于WPI的城市水安全评价体系研究——以2013年青海省为例

【摘要】：本文对2013年青海省WPI进行计算与研究。从资源、环境、生态、社会、政治、经济等多角度,计算得出2013年青海省WPI的级别及5项分指数。通过对决定各分指数的因素进行分析,青海省的WPI与人为因素有更大的关系,且各分指数之间存在着联系,相互制约。改善人类活动和对水资源的不合理利用可以将青海省城市WPI提升到更为安全的级别。本文对以后青海省城市水资源的分配和利用具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:This paper calculates and studies the WPI of Qinghai Province in 2013. From the perspectives of resources, environment, ecology, society, politics and economy, the author calculates the level and five sub-indexes of WPI in Qinghai Province on 2013. Through the analysis of the factors that determine each sub-index, The WPI of Qinghai Province has a greater relationship with human factors, and there is a relationship among the sub-indices. Improving human activities and irrational utilization of water resources can raise the WPI of Qinghai city to a safer level. This paper has reference value for the allocation and utilization of urban water resources in Qinghai Province.
