转型期大学生个人理想的变迁及其引导

【摘要】:个人理想是每个时代亘古不变的课题,它不仅关系到人们的生活与发展,也关系到民族与国家的希望和未来,大学生作为祖国的未来,他们的个人理想信念状况如何,更是在很大程度上决定着人生的长度以及影响着我国实现中华民族伟大复兴的步伐。处于青年时期的大学生,他们活力四射、精力充沛,对新鲜事物拥有着高昂的激情,他们认真学习知识,努力达到自己的人生目标,为祖国的未来贡献自己的力量。我国社会进入转型期以来,社会主义市场经济发展迅速,我国也进入了社会主义现代化建设的新时期,政治、经济、文化等各方面都迎来了新局面,这为大学生的个人理想带来了新契机。但是也应看到,物质生活水平的提高往往会带来思想观念的变化,经济的发展、文化的进步给大学生带来机遇的同时也给他们的思想观念带来了挑战,从而导致新时期大学生在个人理想方面存在着诸多问题,如个人理想迷失、功利、庸俗等等。因此,深入研究转型期大学生的个人理想变迁,加强个人理想信念教育,引导其树立起科学的个人理想就显得尤为必要和紧迫。本文的正文主要分为三个部分。第一部分,阐述了大学生个人理想的内涵、特征以及个人理想对大学生的重要意义。大学生个人理想主要包涵三方面的内容,即个人生活理想、个人职业理想和个人道德理想。大学生与其他人相比,其个人理想有相同的特点,也有不同的特点,具体体现为自主性、时代性、可塑性和感知性。个人理想对于大学生的自我发展来说,正确的个人理想可以为大学生的健康成长提供动力、为大学生的职业发展指引方向、为大学生的道德发展树立准绳。第二部分,重点分析了转型期大学生个人理想变迁的表现,并从多个角度深入探讨了发生这些变迁的原因。改革开放以来,大学生的个人理想较以往发生了明显的变化,有积极的变化也有消极的变化。其中,积极方面包括大学生对个人理想的认识更趋理性,更加注重自我实现,实现形式更加丰富多样,总体上来说转型期大学生的个人理想呈现出良好的态势;消极方面包括转型期大学生个人理想存在模糊性、迷茫化问题,存在功利性、庸俗化倾向,对科学的个人理想践行能力薄弱,缺乏强有力的精神信念的支撑。这些变迁并不是偶然的,而是与我国进入转型期以来的时代背景紧密相关的,本文主要从四个角度加以分析,首先,信息网络化强化了新兴媒体的挑战。其次,文化多元化突出了价值选择的冲突。再次,生活世俗化加深了消费主义的腐蚀。最后,教育大众化加大了就业现实的压力。第三部分,面对大学生个人理想在转型期的诸多变化,综合运用相关理论,从多个层次、多个方面解决转型期大学生个人理想信念遇到的困境与问题,引导转型期大学生树立正确的、科学的个人理想。本文主要从四个方面加以论述,首先,坚持社会主义核心价值体系教育,提高大学生个人理想的科学性。其次,将价值引导与自主构建相结合,明确大学生个人理想的方向性。再次,在改革洪流中践行个人理想,增强大学生个人理想的实效性。最后,重视大学生个人理想的信念教育,保持对科学个人理想的坚定性。转型期的大学生处于一个新的时代背景与社会环境之下,所以他们的思想观念、价值取向、个人理想与以往的大学生必然会有很大的不同,马克思主义哲学坚持物质决定意识的观点,那么我们也不能再用以往的个人理想信念教育方法或途径来引导大学生。本文的研究,就是从现实的实际情况出发,切实地针对转型期大学生个人理想的特点、现状及问题,分析其中隐藏的原因,探索切实有效的新方法和新途径,增强大学生个人理想信念教育。本课题的研究,有助于深化对转型期大学生个人理想的实践探讨,丰富思想政治教育理论体系,为高校的思想政治教育提出有力的理论依据,从而使高校更好地开展思想政治教育工作和理想信念教育工作。
[Abstract]:Individual ideal is the everlasting topic in every age, it is not only related to people's life and development, but also related to the nation and the hope and future of the country, students as the future of the motherland, how individual their ideal and belief, is largely determines the length of life and affects the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese the pace of China's national college students. In the period of youth, their vibrant, full of go, have a passion for new things, they learn seriously, and strive to achieve their goals in life, for the future of our country to contribute their strength. Since our country entered into a social transformation period, the rapid development of socialist market economy, I China has entered a new period of socialist modernization, the political, economic, cultural and other fields have ushered in a new situation, which brings a new opportunity for students' personal ideal Machine. But we should also see that changes in the material standard of living will often bring ideas, the development of economy, the progress of the culture to the students at the same time opportunities for their ideological challenges, which leads to college students in the new era in personal ideals with a lot of problems, such as personal ideal lost utility. The text is divided into three parts. The first part expounds the connotation of College Students' personal ideal, important characteristics and personal ideal on college students. College students' personal ideal mainly includes three aspects, namely personal life ideal, personal occupation ideal and personal moral ideal university students and other people. Compared to the ideal individual have the same characteristics, but also have different characteristics, embodied the autonomy, the times, plasticity and personal perception. Ideal for self development of college students, the correct personal ideal can provide power for the healthy growth of college students, to guide students to the occupation development direction, establish the principle of College Students' moral development. The second part focuses on the analysis of the performance of College Students' personal ideal change and transition period, from the point of view of in-depth study of the causes of these changes. Since the reform and opening up, their personal ideals have changed obviously than before, there are positive changes and negative changes. Among them, positive including the college students' understanding of more rational individual ideal, pay more attention to self realization, to achieve more diverse form, overall transformation of college students personal ideal presentation period A good trend; negative aspects including transition students'personal ideals are fuzzy, confused the issue, there are utilitarian, vulgar tendency of scientific personal ideal and practice ability is weak, the lack of strong spiritual support. These changes are not accidental, but with China has entered the transition period of the background closely related, this paper mainly analyzes from four angles: first, to strengthen the information network of new media challenges. Secondly, cultural diversity highlights the conflicts of value choice. Again, secular life and deep consumerism corrosion. Finally, the popularization of education to increase the employment pressure of reality. This paper mainly discusses from four aspects, first, adhere to the socialist core value system of education, improve the scientific ideal of individual students. Again, in the reform the torrent in the practice of personal ideals, to enhance the effectiveness of College Students' personal ideal and belief education of college students. Finally, personal ideal, remain steadfast on science. Personal ideal transition of college students in a new era background and social environment, so their ideological concept, value orientation, personal ideal and former students there must be a very different view of Marx's philosophy, adhere to the material decides the consciousness, so we cannot use the past personal ideal and faith education Ways to guide the students. This research is from the reality situation of effectively according to the characteristics of college students in transition period of personal ideal, the status quo and problems of analysis, hidden reasons, new methods and effective ways, enhance personal ideal and belief education of college students. The study of this subject, there are contribute to the deepening of the practice of college students in transition period of personal ideals and enrich the theoretical system of Ideological and political education, put forward a strong theoretical basis for the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, so that to better carry out the ideological and political education and the education of ideals and beliefs.
