安倍晋三的二战史观析论

【摘要】：历史观是世界观的一部分,因此对个人的社会实践具有指导作用。安倍晋三作为日本首相,其二战史观是日本内阁在历史问题上决策的重要依据,对于预估中日关系的未来走向具有重要意义。同时,安倍晋三的二战史观也是日本社会战后二战史观的缩影,反映了日本政府的对华战略,所以有助于我国制定对日政策,切实维护我国国家利益。国内学者对该问题的研究散乱而不系统,定性过量而系统研究不足,情境和比较分析较少。本文系统分析了安倍晋三的二战史观。第一章讨论并归纳了安倍晋三的二战史观,比较和定量分析了安倍晋三二战史观的特质、影响;第二章综合探讨了安倍晋三二战史观的成因;第三章以当今安倍晋三政府在“慰安妇”问题上的态度为例,得出如下结论:安倍晋三的二战史观是“习得性”的,是历史修正主义的“集大成者”,这是日本当前政治经济环境、岸信介政治、党派文化、政治伙伴、右翼团体、美国因素等客观因素和安倍晋三个人“修宪目标”、保持长期政权、对冲中国崛起等主观动机共同作用的结果。与战后历届首相相比,安倍晋三的二战史观并不是“最激进的”,但确实是“最全面向右的”,尤其是在“慰安妇”问题上,安倍晋三试图完全否定日本政府在战争中强征妇女的犯罪事实和法律责任,遭到了国际社会的共同谴责。日韩“慰安妇”协议虽然达成,但事实上是美国主导朴槿惠政权施压下的日韩政府间妥协的产物。结语部分,以安倍晋三访问珍珠港发表的演讲为例子,作者认为选择性的建构二战历史是其修正主义二战史观的又一特征,根源在于安倍晋三错误的对华认识,并对安倍晋三保守主义二战史观对中国乃至东北亚和平带来的冲击,提了一点建议。
[Abstract]:The view of history is part of the world view and therefore has a guiding role in the social practice of the individual. As Japan's prime minister, Shinzo Abe's view of history in World War II is an important basis for Japan's cabinet to make decisions on historical issues. It is of great significance to predict the future direction of Sino-Japanese relations. At the same time, Shinzo Abe's view of the history of World War II is also a microcosm of Japanese society's view of the history of the second World War, reflecting the Japanese government's strategy towards China, so it is helpful for China to formulate its policy towards Japan. Protect the national interests of our country conscientiously. The research on this issue by domestic scholars is scattered and not systematic, and the qualitative excessive but the systematic research is insufficient. The first chapter discusses and summarizes Abe's historical view of World War II, compares and quantifies the characteristics and influence of Abe's view of World War II; The second chapter comprehensively discusses the causes of Abe's historical view of World War II, the third chapter takes the attitude of the Abe government on the issue of "comfort women" as an example, and draws the following conclusion: Abe's historical view of World War II is "learned." This is the current political and economic environment in Japan, Kishi Nobusuke's politics, party culture, political partners, right-wing groups, American factors and other objective factors, as well as Abe's personal "constitutional revision objectives," to maintain long-term political power. Hedge against the combined effects of subjective motives such as the rise of China. Compared with all postwar prime ministers, Abe's historical view of World War II is not "the most radical", but it is indeed "the most comprehensive to the right", especially on the issue of "comfort women." Shinzo Abe's attempt to completely negate the criminal facts and legal responsibility of the Japanese government for forcibly recruiting women in the war has been condemned by the international community. Although the Japan-ROK "comfort women" agreement was reached, But in fact it was the product of a compromise between the Japanese and South Korean governments under the pressure of the United States to dominate Park Geun-hye 's regime. In the concluding remarks, take the speech delivered by Abe Abe during his visit to Pearl Harbor as an example. The author holds that the selective construction of the history of World War II is another characteristic of his revisionist view of World War II history, which is rooted in Abe's wrong understanding of China and the impact of his conservative view of World War II history on China and peace in Northeast Asia. A little suggestion was made.
