提高首都经济圈贫困地区居民收入的金融对策研究

【摘要】：自2011年起在我国实施的首都经济圈建设为我国的经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献，因此，从金融角度出发，借助首都经济圈的效力提高北京周边贫困地区的居民收入成为本文所试图研究解决的问题。北京作为我国的重要政治、经济、文化中心，在改革开放以来得到了飞速的发展，但其快速发展的效应并没有完全辐射到它的周边地区，与北京城仅一线之隔的地区仍存在国家级的贫困县，当地的居民收入与首都居民收入差距甚大，成为我国快速发展下贫富差距扩大的不容忽视的例证。本文从金融角度出发，以首都经济圈为研究范围，通过对北京与首都经济圈贫困地区居民收入、金融条件的比较分析，发现贫困地区的居民缺少金融服务、缺少符合自身的金融产品、缺少相关的金融信息来源、缺少基本金融常识等诸多不足。通过与首都及国外的比较分析，本文为帮助首都经济圈的居民提高收入，提升贫困地区居民的生活水平，分别从资源方面、制度层面、体系层面、产品创新层面、金融教育几个角度提出一些看法。希望可以利用首都经济圈的建设，使北京效应加快辐射到周边的地区，带动并促进周边贫困地区的金融发展，更好的提高贫困地区的居民收入。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, the construction of the capital economic circle in China has made great contributions to the economic and social development of our country. Therefore, from the financial point of view, Using the effectiveness of the capital economic circle to improve the income of residents in the poverty-stricken areas around Beijing has become a problem to be studied and solved in this paper. As an important political, economic and cultural center of our country, Beijing has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up. However, the effect of its rapid development did not fully radiate into the surrounding areas. There are still poverty-stricken counties at the national level in areas separated from Beijing, and the income gap between the local residents and the residents in the capital is very large. It has become an example of the widening gap between the rich and the poor under the rapid development of our country. From the financial point of view, taking the Capital Economic Circle as the research scope, this paper analyzes the income and financial conditions of the residents in the poor areas of Beijing and the Capital Economic Circle, and finds that the residents in the poor areas lack financial services. Lack of suitable financial products, lack of relevant sources of financial information, lack of basic financial knowledge and so on. Through comparative analysis with the capital and abroad, this paper aims to help the residents of the capital economic circle to raise their income. To improve the living standards of residents in poor areas, we put forward some views from the aspects of resources, system, system, product innovation and financial education. We hope to make use of the construction of the capital economic circle. So that the Beijing effect can accelerate the radiation to the surrounding areas, promote and promote the financial development of the surrounding poor areas, and better improve the income of residents in the poor areas.
