新常态下的中美经济失衡调整策略分析

【摘要】：新常态下中国经济发展速度由高速向着中高速的方向发展,这对我国经济发展提出新的挑战,也对中美经济失衡调整提出了更高的要求。中美经济政策在2008年金融危机后都做出了或多或少的改变,中国做出了国家层面的战略调整,由出口拉动型经济增长方式向消费型转变,而美国的动作相对迟缓。以美国为首的发达国家仍然对中国等发展中国家的崛起进行种种阻挠,变革旧有的国际政治经济新秩序才是调整中美经济失衡的根本。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, the speed of China's economic development has changed from high-speed to medium-high speed, which poses a new challenge to China's economic development. China and the United States have made more or less changes in their economic policies since the financial crisis in 2008, and China has made strategic adjustments at the national level. The transition from export-led economic growth to consumption-oriented growth has been relatively slow in the United States. The developed countries, led by the United States, are still obstructing the rise of China and other developing countries. To reform the old international political and economic order is the fundamental to adjust the economic imbalance between China and the United States.
