政治信息在村民自治中的传播困境透视——以新乡市塔铺二村和朱辛庄村为例

【摘要】：村民自治制度是我国当前农村的基层民主政治制度,政治信息的传播是村民自治中的重要环节。新乡市延津县的两个行政村——塔铺二村、朱辛庄村位居中原,在农村政治、经济及文化方面具有很强的代表性。通过对这两个行政村进行实地调查发现,政治信息在村民自治的传播过程中,在传播主体、传播渠道、传播内容及传播环境方面仍有诸多阻滞因素,不仅无法取得应有的传播效果,而且直接影响了村民自治的正常实施和质量。因此,进一步完善和加强村民自治中的政治信息传播是农村稳定和发展的迫切需要。
[Abstract]:The system of villager autonomy is the grass-roots democratic political system of our country at present, and the dissemination of political information is an important link in villager autonomy. Two administrative villages in Yanjin County, Xinxiang City-Tapu er Village, Zhu Xinzhuang Village are located in the Central Plains and are in rural politics. The economic and cultural aspects are very representative. Through the field investigation of these two administrative villages, it is found that the dissemination of political information in the process of villager autonomy, in the dissemination of the main body, dissemination channels, There are still many obstructions in the content and environment of communication, which not only fail to obtain the proper communication effect, but also directly affect the normal implementation and quality of villagers' autonomy. It is an urgent need for rural stability and development to further improve and strengthen the dissemination of political information in villager autonomy.
