啦啦操在西藏拉萨地区中学推广的可行性与策略研究

【摘要】:啦啦操运动是一项新兴体育运动,它具有独特的魅力,在国际间经过短暂的传播,让世界各国人民都喜爱上它,并具有发展潜力。1997年啦啦操被引入中国,在中国学生健美操协会,中国蹦床与技巧协会的积极倡导和组织下,表现出极大的发展优势。但其普及程度还不够广泛,特别是在我国偏远地区还没有广泛地进行推广。啦啦操的推广理念就是“一个都不能少”,偏远地区也应得到重视,这样才能充分体现国家“以人为本”的精神,真正践行全民健身的实质。因此,对啦啦操运动在西藏拉萨地区中学推广的可行性及策略研究就有着深远的现实意义和理论价值。拉萨地区作为西藏自治区政治、经济、教育、文化的中心,有着很重要的特殊地位,在体育事业的发展上有着得天独厚的优势,一定程度上拉萨地区中学代表了全区中学体育发展的最高水平。所以选择拉萨地区中学作为调查对象具有一定的代表意义。 文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等对西藏拉萨地区中学啦啦操运动的开展现状及推广的制约因素进行调查,分析推广的可行性,并发现存在的问题,针问题提出对策与建议,为啦啦操运动在拉萨地区中学推广提供理论依据和现实指导,研究结果表明: 1、拉萨地区中学几乎没有开展啦啦操项目,但有开展健美操项目的基础。学校管理人员、体育教师和学生对啦啦操项目缺乏认识,几乎没有接受过啦啦操相关知识的学习和技术培训。 2、啦啦操在拉萨中学的开展存在的问题:啦啦操宣传广度和力度不够,学校开展意识不足;师资力量不足,缺乏专业培训;教材匮乏,物质保障不足;偏远、落后地区政策执行力度不够,资金投入不足;领导重视程度不够;缺乏相应的发展计划和步骤。 3、啦啦操作为一项新兴的极具发展潜力的体育运动,深受学生们的喜爱,不仅能提高学生的人格,提高综合素质,促进校园文化建设的功能,还能满足拉萨中学进行阳光体育活动的需要。在拉萨地区中学推广啦啦操具有可行性。 4、中国虽然成立了专门的啦啦操推广机构——啦啦操推广委员会,建立了一套推广模式,经过近几年的实施,在全国取得了一定的成效,但推广仍然集中在发达的城市地区,没有深度和广度,需要有关部门的关注和促进,采用非常规的方法促进偏远地区啦啦操的开展。 5、啦啦操在西藏拉萨地区中学的推广策略:加强政府重视程度;培养“种子”教师,提供培训机会;加强学校领导重视程度,政府投入专项经费;成立中学生啦啦操社团组织,搭建展示平台;制定适合拉萨中学啦啦操发展的计划和步骤。 本文的研究对啦啦操在全国范围的推广,特别是针对偏远地区中学的推广有着现实指导意义和提供参考价值。
[Abstract]:Cheerleading is a new sport. It has a unique charm. After a brief international spread, it has attracted people all over the world and has the potential for development. In 1997, cheerleading was introduced into China. Thanks to the active advocacy and organization of the Chinese Student Aerobics Association and the China trampoline and skills Association, it has shown great advantages in development. Especially in the remote areas of our country, it has not been widely popularized. The idea of promoting cheerleading is that "no one can be less", and the remote areas should also be taken seriously, so that the spirit of "people-oriented" of the country can be fully embodied. It is of far-reaching practical significance and theoretical value to study the feasibility and strategy of promoting cheerleading in middle schools in Lhasa, Tibet. As a political, economic, and educational area of the Tibet Autonomous region, Lhasa has profound practical significance and theoretical value. The center of culture, with a very important special position, has a unique advantage in the development of sports. To a certain extent, Lhasa middle schools represent the highest level of physical education development in Lhasa area, so it is significant to select Lhasa middle schools as the objects of investigation. This paper investigates the present situation and the restrictive factors of the popularization of the middle school cheerleading in Lhasa, Tibet, by means of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc., and analyzes the feasibility of popularization. And found the existing problems, needle problems put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of cheerleading in Lhasa high schools to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance, the research results show that:. 1. The Lhasa middle schools have almost no aerobics programs, but there is a foundation for them. School administrators, physical education teachers and students lack knowledge of the cheerleading programs. Almost no learning and technical training in the knowledge of cheerleading. (2) the problems existing in the development of the Lhasa Middle School: the lack of publicity and strength in the cheerleading, the lack of awareness in the development of the school, the shortage of teachers and the lack of professional training, the shortage of teaching materials and the lack of material support; and the remoteness of the school. The policy implementation in the backward areas is not enough, the fund investment is insufficient, the leadership is not paying enough attention to it, and the corresponding development plans and steps are lacking. 3, La La operation is a new sport with great potential for development. It is deeply loved by students. It can not only improve the students' personality, improve their comprehensive quality, and promote the function of campus culture construction. It can also meet the need of sunshine sports in Lhasa Middle School. It is feasible to promote cheerleading in Lhasa Middle School. 4. Although China has set up a special cheerleading promotion organization, the promotion committee of cheerleading, and has established a set of promotion models, after several years of implementation, it has achieved certain results throughout the country, but the promotion is still concentrated in developed urban areas. No depth and breadth, need the attention and promotion of the relevant departments, the adoption of unconventional methods to promote the development of remote areas. (5) the promotion strategy of cheerleading in secondary schools in Lhasa, Tibet: strengthening government attention; training "seed" teachers to provide training opportunities; strengthening school leaders' attention, the government has invested special funds; and setting up high school students' cheerleading associations. Build a display platform; formulate a plan and steps for the development of Lhasa middle school cheerleading. The research of this paper has practical guiding significance and reference value for the popularization of cheerleading in the whole country, especially for the promotion of middle schools in remote areas.
