【摘要】：一个国家的农村城镇化建设，必将对该国的政治、经济和社会的发展产生重要的战略意义，因为它涉及到一个国家的繁荣富强和长期稳定，而且会对一个国家的政治稳定、经济发展和社会进步产生显著的影响。最近这几年，伴随着经济体制改革的逐渐深化、生产力程度的不断提高和交通通信水平的日益改进，农村城镇化建设的要求也愈来愈急迫。湖北省的农村城镇化率在2011年超过50%，城镇人口第一次高出农村人口，这就对湖北省的城镇化发展具有重要的意义。湖北省是中国的重要省份，当前，湖北省正在大力建设农村城镇化，对城镇的建设程度日益重视，跟改革开放以前相比，湖北省城镇化的规模、档次有了显著提升，但跟国内部分发达地区相比仍然相差甚远。本文剖析了湖北省农村城镇化的近况、湖北省在农村城镇化建设过程中所获得的成效与出现的状况，并针对这些状况给予了相应的建议。全文可分为六个部分: 第一部分，概括了本论文的研究背景和意义、中外农村城镇化研究的近况，并提出了本论文的研究要领和改进点。第二部分，针对与农村城镇化有关的一些理论依据进行探究，首先对城镇化的概念作出定义，然后对小城镇的作用展开详细的描述，并且在下一步主要讨论了促进小城镇发展的四套理论，，结尾在理论和实际两个方面说明建设农村城镇化的意义。第三部分，剖析了湖北省在农村城镇化建设过程中的近况，并得出其在发展过程中存在的一些问题。第四部分，介绍中外典型城镇化发展模式并得出启示。第五部分，基于农村城镇化的一些理论知识，以及湖北省各地区的不同发展实情、资源禀赋、交通区位等特征，提出了四种适合湖北省实际情况的发展模式，并且在每个模式中分别提出了建议。第六部分，结束语，这章是对全文进行回顾并且总结。本论文着重在湖北省农村城镇化发展模式进行探究，从湖北省实际省情出发，着重小城镇发展的经济和社会综合效益，通过富有成效地引导，促使湖北省农村城镇化的建设可以成为国内经济的增长点。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural urbanization in a country is bound to have important strategic significance for the political, economic and social development of the country, because it involves the prosperity and long-term stability of a country, and it will also bring about political stability to a country. Economic development and social progress have had a significant impact. In recent years, with the gradual deepening of economic restructuring, the continuous improvement of productivity and the improvement of the level of transportation and communications, In 2011, the rate of rural urbanization in Hubei Province exceeded 50. For the first time, the urban population was higher than the rural population. This is of great significance to the development of urbanization in Hubei Province. Hubei Province is an important province in China. At present, Hubei Province is making great efforts to construct rural urbanization, paying more and more attention to the construction of cities and towns, compared with before the reform and opening up. The scale and level of urbanization in Hubei Province has improved significantly, but it is still far from that of some developed regions in China. This paper analyzes the recent situation of urbanization in rural areas in Hubei Province. The third part analyzes the recent situation in the process of rural urbanization construction in Hubei Province, and draws some problems in the process of development. Part 4th, introduce the typical urbanization development model and draw inspiration. In the 5th part, based on some theoretical knowledge of rural urbanization, as well as the different development facts, resource endowment, traffic location and other characteristics of various regions in Hubei Province, four development models suitable for the actual situation of Hubei Province are put forward. And put forward the suggestion separately in each mode. Part 6th, concluding remarks, this chapter is a review and summary of the full text.
