江门市义工联组织管理模式研究

【摘要】:经过两个多世纪的发展,西方国家的义工服务及其管理已经较为完善。近十多年来,随着政治、经济和社会体制改革的不断深入,我国义工服务组织也得到了快速发展。随着我国义工服务组织规模的不断扩大和数量的日益增长,它们在社会经济生活中正承担着越来越重要的角色,其建设性功能日渐凸显,义工服务组织管理模式却缺乏相应的发展。目前,我国对义工组织模式研究尚处于探索阶段,对该问题的探讨,具有理论价值及现实意义。本文选择江门市义工联合会这一带有官方色彩的社会团体作为研究对象,以国内外各种义工服务组织研究的理论视角作为指导,结合当前国内外的研究现状,在深入分析我国义工服务组织生存和发展现状的基础上,阐释其在发展过程中所遇到的瓶颈性问题及其制约因素,进而探讨找出适合义工服务组织发展的管理模式。本文的研究内容涉及义工服务组织的组织结构、人员组成、成员分工、管理制度、管理方式、资金来源及外部环境互动等方面。通过对比香港施乐会的管理模式,笔者认为当前义工服务组织普遍存在注册管理不规范、激励管理不科学、能本管理不到位、团队管理目标不明确等四个问题。为解决以上问题,笔者认为进一步规范注册管理,形成一整套规范的义工招募和退出程序,实施统一的注册登记制度;进一步健全激励管理,通过与政府部门积极沟通,制定和落实好相关的激励政策,同时通过拓宽资金筹集渠道,增加组织可用于对成员进行物质激励的资金;进一步优化能本管理,通过与学校合作,系统而全面地对义工进行专业技能培训,使之能够与相应的岗位相匹配,实现义工组织的高绩效;进一步强化团队管理,通过强化团队的管理制度,培育成员共同的价值观和大局观,营造良好的工作氛围,使团队形成强大的合力。
[Abstract]:After more than two centuries of development, volunteer service and its management in western countries have been relatively perfect. In the past decade or so, with the deepening of political, economic and social system reform, The volunteer service organizations in our country have also developed rapidly. With the expansion of the scale and the increasing number of volunteer service organizations in China, they are playing a more and more important role in the social and economic life, and their constructive function is becoming more and more prominent. However, there is no corresponding development in the management mode of volunteer service organization. At present, the study of volunteer organization mode in China is still in the exploratory stage. This paper chooses Jiangmen Volunteer Federation, a social group with official color, as the research object, guided by the theoretical perspective of various volunteer service organizations at home and abroad. Combined with the current research situation at home and abroad, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the survival and development status of volunteer service organizations in China, this paper explains the bottleneck problems encountered in the process of development and its restrictive factors. The research content of this paper involves the organization structure, the personnel composition, the member division of labor, the management system, the management mode of the volunteer service organization. By comparing the management mode of the Hong Kong Xerox Society, the author thinks that the registration management is not standard, the incentive management is not scientific, and the management is not in place. In order to solve the above problems, the author thinks that to further standardize the registration management, form a set of standardized volunteer recruitment and exit procedures, implement a unified registration registration system, further improve the incentive management, Through active communication with government departments to formulate and implement relevant incentive policies, at the same time, by broadening the channels for raising funds, increasing the funds that the organization can use to provide material incentives to its members, and further optimizing the ability-oriented management, through cooperation with schools, Systematic and comprehensive professional skills training to enable volunteers to match the corresponding positions, achieve high performance of volunteer organizations, further strengthen team management, through strengthening the team management system, Cultivate common values and overall vision, create a good working atmosphere, so that the team to form a strong joint force.
