农民专业合作社市场化运行的问题研究

【摘要】：在我国市场经济体制的建立和不断完善的情况下，传统的农业经济发展模式已经不能适应我国日益加快的改革和发展速度，而濒临解体，而一些以农民利益最大化为主要发展目标的农民组织，目前却尚未真正的成长起来，在这种复杂的市场环境下，，受到政治、经济、文化、价值观等因素的影响，农民专业合作社如何逐渐与市场接轨，市场化、集约化、专业化、可持续性的发展已成为研究的重要课题。本文的研究内容分为五方面。第一，绪论；介绍本文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状及研究内容。第二，农民专业合作社的理论基础；阐述农民专业合作社的作用与意义，介绍中国农民专业合作社的发展历程，并且就制度变迁理论、产业微笑曲线理论以及农业产业链增值曲线理论等农民专业合作社理论进行论述。第三，目前中国农民专业合作社的发展现状；搜集农民专业社的相关数据，分析目前中国农民合作专业社的现状、运行机制与经营状况，并且评价当前农民专业合作社三种运行模式的绩效，分析农民专业合作社市场化发展存在的问题及原因。第四，国外农民专业合作社的经验与借鉴；选择美国、日本与荷兰这三个国家，对其农民专业合作社的经营模式经验进行介绍。第五，推动中国农民专业合作社市场化运行的措施与对策；针对存在的问题与分析的原因，在借鉴美国、日本与荷兰这三个国家经验的基础上，提出中国农民专业合作社市场化运行的措施与对策。
[Abstract]:With the establishment and continuous improvement of the market economic system in China, the traditional agricultural economic development model has been unable to adapt to the accelerating reform and development speed of our country, and is on the verge of disintegration. However, some peasant organizations whose main development goal is to maximize the interests of farmers have not really grown up at present. In this complex market environment, they are influenced by political, economic, cultural, and value factors. It has become an important subject to study how to gradually integrate with the market, marketization, intensification, specialization and sustainable development of farmers' professional cooperatives. The research content of this paper is divided into five aspects: first, introduction; introduce the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and research content; second, the theoretical basis of farmers' professional cooperatives; This paper expounds the function and significance of farmers' specialized cooperatives, introduces the development course of Chinese farmers' specialized cooperatives, and introduces the theory of institutional change. The theory of industrial smile curve and the theory of value-added curve of agricultural industrial chain are discussed. Third, the current situation of the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in China; collect the relevant data of farmers' professional cooperatives. This paper analyzes the present situation, operating mechanism and management situation of the specialized cooperative cooperative of farmers in China, evaluates the performance of the three modes of operation of the cooperative, and analyzes the problems and causes of the market-oriented development of the cooperative. 4th, This paper introduces the experience and experience of farmers' specialized cooperatives in three countries, the United States, Japan and the Netherlands. 5th, The measures and countermeasures to promote the market-oriented operation of Chinese farmers' specialized cooperatives, aiming at the existing problems and analyzing the reasons, on the basis of drawing lessons from the experiences of the United States, Japan and the Netherlands, This paper puts forward the measures and countermeasures for the market-oriented operation of Chinese farmers' specialized cooperatives.
