经济发展新常态视角下大学生创业能力的构成与培养

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,伴随着经济增速放缓和产业结构迈入调整期阶段,我国的政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等各领域的发展开始进入新常态,在此背景下,积极深化高等学校创新教育改革,厘清大学生创新教育体系,加强大学生创业能力培养,是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、促进经济提质增效升级的迫切需要,也是推进高等教育综合改革、促进高校毕业生更高质量创业就业的重要举措。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, with the economic growth rate slowing down and the industrial structure entering the stage of adjustment, the development of China's political, economic, cultural, social, ecological and other fields has begun to enter the new normal. In this context, It is urgent for the country to carry out the strategy of innovation-driven development and promote the upgrading of economic quality and efficiency by actively deepening the reform of innovative education in colleges and universities, clarifying the system of innovative education for college students, and strengthening the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ability. It is also an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and to promote the higher quality employment of college graduates.
