从文盲到识字人:1949-1959年内蒙古地区扫盲运动研究

【摘要】:1949—1959年内蒙古地区的扫盲运动,是一场持续时间长、范围广、规模大、参与人数众多、声势浩大的的群众性文化运动。它是在全国扫盲运动的大背景下开展起来的,基本上保持了与全国扫盲运动的一致速度。本文利用内蒙古自治区档案馆的大量档案资料,对1949—1959年内蒙古地区的扫盲运动进行了初步研究。全文共分为四个部分,首先论述了1949—1959年内蒙古地区开展扫盲运动的历史背景:内蒙古地区政治经济发展的需要,内蒙古地区文化教育建设的需要,人民群众迫切学习文化的主观需求。其次概述了1949—1959年内蒙古地区扫盲运动的进程,共经历了三个阶段:扫盲运动初步展开阶段(1949—1952年)、扫盲运动大力发展阶段(1953—1957年)、扫盲运动到达高潮阶段(1958—1959年)。再次对农牧民、职工和干部这三大群体的扫盲情况分别进行了具体介绍。最后分析总结了内蒙古地区扫盲运动的成就、经验及不足。总体上我们对内蒙古地区的扫盲运动应该作出中肯的评价,在肯定其积极方面的同时,更重要的是认真总结经验、吸取教训,做到以史为鉴,从而为今后的教育工作提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959 was a mass cultural movement with a long duration, a wide range, a large scale, a large number of participants and a great deal of momentum. It was launched in the context of the national literacy campaign. Basically keeping the same speed as the national literacy campaign, this paper makes a preliminary study of the literacy movement in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959 by using a large number of archival materials from the Archives of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. The full text is divided into four parts. First of all, it discusses the historical background of the literacy movement in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959: the needs of political and economic development in Inner Mongolia, the needs of cultural and educational construction in Inner Mongolia. The subjective needs of the masses to study culture urgently. Secondly, the process of the literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959 was outlined. It has gone through three stages: the initial stage of the literacy campaign, the period 1949-1952, the vigorous development stage of the literacy movement, the period 1953-1957, the culmination of the literacy campaign, and the period 1958-1959. Once again, farmers and herdsmen, The literacy situation of the three major groups of workers and cadres is introduced in detail. Finally, the achievements, experiences and shortcomings of the literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia are analyzed and summarized. In general, we should make a fair assessment of the literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia. While affirming its positive aspects, it is more important to sum up experience, draw lessons and learn from history, so as to provide reference for future education work.
