【摘要】：《陪都十年建设计划草案》（以下简称“陪都计划”），是近代重庆第一部全面系统的城市总体规划，是战后都市计划的重要代表之一。本文将陪都计划视为近代中国都市计划的重要文本，希望通过对陪都计划的全面系统研究，深入分析战后重庆城市规划的发展及其影响，重点关注近代都市计划的理论思想和技术方法在陪都计划中的实践，对近代都市计划与重庆城市规划的发展变迁进行梳理，并试图从多角度对陪都计划做出全面客观分析和评价，为当代城市规划提供借鉴和思考。本文是近代城市规划的历史研究，以《陪都十年建设计划草案》为研究主体，以历史资料为基础，通过对原始资料的收集、考证和整理，运用城乡规划学、新史学、建筑学、城市社会学等多学科的理论与方法，重新构建陪都计划的历史过程，以史带论全面阐述陪都计划。论文从理论基础、历史变迁和现实背景多个角度分析陪都计划的制订背景，研究陪都计划的制订过程、参与制订机构人员、主要内容和实施计划，并整理和总结战后计划的实施过程及内容，分析陪都计划对解放后重庆城市规划与建设的影响。通过研究，笔者认为《陪都十年建设计划草案》不仅是当时科学技术的体现，同时也是对于当时政治、经济和社会发展变化的回应。陪都计划依据战时所形成的都市计划理论和制度，在近代重庆城市发展的基础上，针对重庆战后发展中所存在的问题，对城市进行客观科学的分析，提出一系列的计划和措施。虽然陪都计划及其后所拟定的详细计划实施不多，但对于当时社会仍具有积极意义，而其中的城市规划思想在解放后深刻影响了重庆的城市规划与建设。作为重庆历史上第一部系统的城市总体规划，，《陪都十年建设计划草案》是抗战胜利后较早编制完成和付诸实施的城市规划文本，集中体现了近代都市计划发展的成果，是近代中国都市计划发展历程中一部重要的都市计划案，其影响了当时和解放后重庆城市规划与建设的发展，对于研究近代都市计划的发展演变和重庆城市规划与建设具有重要意义，对于当今城乡规划仍具有参考和借鉴价值。全文共分为六个部分对《陪都十年建设计划草案》做出详细论述。第一章绪论主要针对研究的目的、方法、意义以及既往研究综述进行阐释，确定研究内容和框架；第二章是陪都计划的背景，主要探讨近代都市计划发展对陪都计划的理论影响，近代重庆城市发展为陪都计划所奠定的基础，并探讨战后重庆城市所面临的挑战和制订计划的动机；第三章分析陪都计划的制订与内容，对于计划编制的历史过程、参与机构人员和主要内容进行分析，总结都市计划的规划思想和技术特征；第四章探讨陪都计划的实施与延续，分析计划在战后特殊背景下的实施方式、所拟定的详细计划及其实施情况，研究陪都计划对于解放后重庆城市规划与建设的影响；第五章以历史的眼光评价陪都计划的历史地位，分析计划的科学性和局限性，从陪都计划中思考今天城市规划的发展；第六章对论文进行总结，提出对研究的讨论及其不足。

This paper is divided into six parts to make a detailed exposition on the "ten building plan draft >. The first one is introduction the main purpose of the research method, significance and review of previous studies on interpretation, determine the research content and framework; the second chapter is the project background, mainly discusses the effect of the theory of modern urban plan. The development plan, Chongqing city is the foundation of modern development plan for post-war Chongqing City, and to explore the challenges and plan of motivation; the third chapter analyzes the development and content of the plan, planning for historical process, participating institutions personnel and the main contents of analysis, summarize the characteristics of urban planning theory and technology the fourth chapter discusses the implementation of the plan; and the continuation of capital plan, implementation plan analysis in the postwar special background, with the proposed plan and its implementation.
