广西GC建设集团企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:改革开放特别是加入WT0以来,我国国民经济的总体发展一直保持着较快速度,并从2010年开始成为世界第二大经济体,使我国在国际政治经济格局中扮演着越来越重要的角色。国家对基本建设投资规模不断加大,并持续推进西部大开发战略,区域协调发展总体战略逐步形成,特别是与东盟各国的战略合作伙伴关系逐步确立,构建成北部湾经济区增长极,为GC公司未来发展带来了广阔的空间。 GC公司是一家具有承担房建、市政等综合性施工资质的集体企业,注册资金为人民币1.2亿,主项资质为房建、市政施工总承包壹级,增项资质涵盖11项专业承包壹级、4项专业承包贰级和机电安装工程施工总承包贰级、水利水电工程施工总承包叁级,另外还拥有特种专业工程(结构补强、特殊设备的起重吊装、特种防雷技术)资质。 众所周知,建筑业本身受国家总体规划、宏观经济状况及地域的影响很大。在国家宏观经济整体良好的态势下,GC公司得到了飞跃性的发展。然而,作为一家已经有着六十多年悠久历史的老集体企业,GC公司却从来没有制定过任何战略规划,面临着越来越多的挑战与问题,如:管理模式和手段落后,工程管理水平不高,技术开发能力不足,资金实力不强,等等。 本论文首先分析GC公司所处的宏观环境,分析国内外建筑业的现状、发展趋势和GC公司所处的竞争环境,从而掌握外部环境赋予GC公司的机会与威胁;接着,分析GC公司的内部条件,明确GC公司自身的优势与劣势;紧跟着,对GC公司进行SWOT分析,制定出GC公司包含总体战略、竞争战略在内的发展战略;最终,根据制定的发展战略,结合GC公司的实际情况,提出其战略实施与控制措施,并指出战略实施的风险及防范措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up , especially since joining WT0 , the overall development of our national economy has maintained a relatively fast pace . Since 2010 , China has become the world ' s second largest economy , which has played a more and more important role in the international political and economic structure .
GC Company is a collective enterprise with comprehensive construction qualifications such as building construction and municipal construction . The registered capital is RMB 120 million . The qualification of the main item is RMB 120 million . The qualification of the main item is Grade I of the general contracting of the municipal construction . The qualification of the increase shall cover Class I , Grade Two and Mechanical and Mechanical Installation Engineering Construction General Contracting Grade II of the Project , Grade III of the General Contracting for the Construction of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering , and the qualification of special professional engineering ( structural reinforcement , lifting and hoisting of special equipment , special lightning protection technology ) .
As is well known , the construction industry itself is influenced by the overall national planning , the macro - economic situation and the geography . In the overall well - being of the country ' s economy , the GC company has been booming . However , as an old collective enterprise already with a long history of more than 60 years , the GC company has never worked out any strategic planning , and faces more and more challenges and problems , such as : the management mode and the means are backward , the project management level is not high , the technical development capacity is insufficient , the financial strength is weak , and so on .
This paper first analyzes the macro - environment of GC company , analyzes the present situation , development trend and competitive environment of the construction industry at home and abroad , so as to grasp the opportunity and threat from the external environment to GC company ;
Secondly , it analyzes the internal conditions of GC , and makes clear the advantages and disadvantages of GC company itself .
Following , SWOT analysis of GC is carried out , and the development strategy , including overall strategy and competition strategy , is developed .
Finally , according to the development strategy developed , combined with the actual situation of GC , the strategy implementation and control measures are put forward , and the risk and preventive measures of the strategy implementation are pointed out .
