沈阳市人民对外友好协会国际交流业务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：改革开放以来,特别是进入21世纪以来,我国的政治经济有了长足的发展,这对政府部门的决策能力和管理效率提出了更高的要求,政府机关有必要尽快地实现办公自动化。政府办公自动化作为电子政务框架基础之一,其成功应用与否将影响整个电子政务建设成败。沈阳市对外友好协会组织和配合沈阳市有关单位开展对外合作和人才交流,同时配合外事部门,协调、推动我市同外国城市建立和发展友好城市关系以及友好合作城市关系的工作,协调和指导我市有关单位与国外对口单位建立、发展友好关系。目前协会的日常业务处理采用信息化的管理方式,为此,基于自动化办公相关理论和应用开发技术进行业务管理系统的研发成为了提升业务处理效率和质量的重要途径。本文设计并实现了一个国际业务交流管理系统,结合了沈阳市对外友好协会的业务管理实际,采用ASP.NET技术设计并实现了一个B/S模式的信息管理系统,该系统满足了日常国际业务的处理需求,将传统的办公模式转向了采用信息技术进行自动化办公,极大的提高了办公效率和办公质量。系统的研发针对国家业务的处理特点,主要完成了出国签证业务管理、国际教育业务管理、国际会议业务管理、出访业务管理等核心业务信息管理功能的编码实现,系统数据的管理和维护通过SQLServer2005数据库来实现。系统的设计与实现采用软件开发的标准流程,完成了需求分析、总体设计、功能实现,并且最后进行了详细的系统测试与分析,系统的测试结果证明了系统研发可以满足沈阳市对外友好协会国际业务管理工作实际应用的需要。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially since entering the 21st century, the political economy of our country has made great progress, which puts forward higher requirements to the decision-making ability and management efficiency of the government departments, so it is necessary for the government organs to realize office automation as soon as possible.As one of the foundations of e-government framework, the successful application of government office automation will affect the success or failure of the construction of e-government.The Shenyang Association for Friendship with Foreign countries organizes and cooperates with relevant units in Shenyang to carry out foreign cooperation and personnel exchanges, and coordinates with foreign affairs departments,To promote the establishment and development of friendly city relations and friendly and cooperative city relations between our city and foreign cities, and to coordinate and guide the establishment and development of friendly relations between the relevant units of our city and their foreign counterparts.At present, the daily business processing of the association adopts the information management mode. Therefore, the research and development of the business management system based on the related theory of office automation and application development technology has become an important way to improve the efficiency and quality of business processing.In this paper, an international business exchange management system is designed and implemented. Combining the business management practice of Shenyang Association of Friendship with Foreign countries, an information management system based on B / S model is designed and implemented by using ASP.NET technology.The system meets the needs of daily international business processing, and changes the traditional office mode to the use of information technology to automate office, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of office.The research and development of the system aims at the processing characteristics of the national business, mainly accomplishing the coding of the core business information management functions, such as the management of the visa business abroad, the management of the international education business, the management of the international conference business, the management of the business visit, and other core business information management functions.System data management and maintenance through SQLServer2005 database to achieve.The design and realization of the system adopt the standard flow of software development, complete the requirement analysis, the overall design, the function realization, and finally carry on the detailed system test and analysis.The test results show that the research and development of the system can meet the practical application needs of Shenyang Association of Friendship with Foreign countries.
