我对社会主义的认识——中国社会养老服务人才的现状

【摘要】：社会主义初级阶段是中国特色社会主义理论体系的理论基础,当今的中国处于社会主义的初级阶段,社会政治、经济制度还不够完善,社会事业起步较晚,存在很多的问题,其中人口老龄化是当今中国社会关注的焦点之一[1]。笔者作为从事老年护理的一员,就中国养老服务人才的相关问题做一些探讨。
[Abstract]:The primary stage of socialism is the theoretical basis of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Today, China is in the primary stage of socialism, the social political and economic systems are not perfect enough, the social undertakings start late, and there are many problems.Among them, population aging is one of the focus of Chinese society [1].As a member of nursing for the aged, the author makes some discussion on the related problems of Chinese old-age service talents.
