【摘要】：正进入全球化时代以后,资源要素在全球范围快速流动,带来了政治、经济、文化和生活方式的全球化,也造成了风险的全球化,人类社会面临比以往任何时候都更多的风险。现代社会中的风险呈现出隐蔽性、关联性和多样性,核风险、全球经济危机、区域环境风险、恐怖极端主义,这些因素引发全球的连锁反应,却又难以感知预测和有效控制。从我国来看,主要表现为新时代的人主体意识增强带来的社会需要多样性,
[Abstract]:After entering the era of globalization, the elements of resources flow rapidly in the global scope, which brings the globalization of politics, economy, culture and way of life, and also causes the globalization of risks. The human society is facing more risks than ever before.The risks in modern society show concealment, relevance and diversity, nuclear risk, global economic crisis, regional environmental risk, terrorist extremism, these factors cause the global chain reaction, but it is difficult to perceive and effectively control.From the point of view of our country, it is mainly manifested in the diversity of social needs brought about by the enhancement of human subjective consciousness in the new era.
