湖北长江经济带基础设施建设投融资体制创新研究

【摘要】：作为我国政治经济枢纽,长江经济带的发展关系到国家整体宏观经济发展,具有举足轻重的地位。作为城市发展的基石,基础设施建设的重要性不容小觑,但由于城市基础设施建设自身存在的局限性及长江经济带发展不平衡、金融制度创新不足等问题,如何有效地为城市基础设施建设融资成为制约城市发展的主要问题。本文通过分析长江经济带基础设施建设现有体制存在的问题,参考现有投融资创新机制,对湖北长江经济带基础设施建设投融资机制体制提出创新型政策建议。
[Abstract]:As the political and economic hub of our country, the development of the Yangtze River economic belt is of great importance to the overall macroeconomic development of the country.As the cornerstone of urban development, the importance of infrastructure construction should not be underestimated. However, due to the limitations of urban infrastructure construction itself and the unbalanced development of the Yangtze River economic belt, the lack of financial system innovation, and so on,How to effectively finance the construction of urban infrastructure has become a major problem restricting urban development.By analyzing the problems existing in the existing system of infrastructure construction in the Yangtze Economic Belt and referring to the existing innovative investment and financing mechanisms, this paper puts forward innovative policy recommendations for the investment and financing mechanism system in the infrastructure construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in Hubei Province.
