风险沟通视角下新闻媒体的敏感事件报道研究

【摘要】：目前，中国处于社会转型的关键时期。伴随着政治体制的变迁、经济增长方式等方面的重大变化，整个社会生态环境正在发生重大变化。中国进入风险社会以来，公共卫生事件、群体性事件和暴力袭击事件等各类重大事件呈现多发态势。其中，这些重大事件中的多数都会有一定的敏感性和复杂性，因此往往会引起强烈的社会反响和广泛的关注。本研究在文献分析的基础上，试图对新闻媒体在风险沟通方面的实质、方法和瓶颈等环节进行较为完整的梳理。同时，通过选取典型案例，对新闻媒体的敏感事件的风险沟通报道进行类型化研究，分析新闻媒体在相关类型的敏感事件的报道中表现，试图通过政治、经济、受众心理等三个维度分析新闻媒体在敏感事件中的风险沟通的制约因素，理清敏感事件的特殊性质。通过根据案例和理论综合分析，，并重新审视风险沟通的核心三要素，即政府、媒体和公众之间的关系。本文认为，在现代风险社会中，新闻媒体作为政府和公众之间的重要的沟通桥梁，有责任和义务正确处理敏感事件的报道，发挥风险沟通功用。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the critical period of social transformation.With the changes of political system and economic growth mode, the whole social ecological environment is undergoing great changes.Since China entered the risk society, public health events, mass incidents and violent attacks have become more frequent.Among them, most of these important events will be sensitive and complex, so it will cause strong social repercussions and widespread concern.On the basis of literature analysis, this study attempts to sort out the essence, methods and bottlenecks of risk communication in news media.At the same time, by selecting typical cases, the paper makes a typification study on the risk communication and reporting of sensitive events in the news media, analyzes the performance of the news media in the reports of the related types of sensitive events, and attempts to use political and economic methods.The three dimensions of audience psychology analyze the restricting factors of the risk communication between the news media and the sensitive events, and clarify the special nature of the sensitive events.Through comprehensive analysis based on case and theory, the relationship between government, media and the public is reviewed.In the modern risk society, the news media, as an important communication bridge between the government and the public, has the responsibility and obligation to deal with the sensitive events correctly and to play the role of risk communication.
