广东城基工程公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济全球化,城市化进程的加快,越来越多的国外先进工程项目管理公司进入国内市场,国内工程项目管理公司所面临的国际竞争日益加剧,另外,也暴露了很多自身存在的问题。为实现激烈的竞争中求得可持续发展,广东城基工程公司必须明确其发展目标、并制定相应的发展战略。本文通过对广东城基工程公司所面临的政治、经济、社会、技术环境和行业内竞争结构等外部环境因素进行分析,总结出广东城基工程公司发展所面临机遇和挑战；通过对公司产品结构状况、人力资源状况、营销能力、技术能力、及公司的项目开发情况等方面的内部资源能力的分析,总结出广东城基工程公司的竞争力优势与劣势。在分析了广东城基工程公司内外部环境的基础上采取SWOT分析方法,结合公司的战略定位,制定出广东城基工程公司的发展战略。进而设计了在广东城基工程公司的发展战略手段、发展战略实施步骤,并制定了针对公司所面临的内外部环境的切实有效的实施策略,以确保广东城基工程公司发展战略的实现。本文通过研究发现,广东城基工程公司面对外部环境的变化应采取多元化、并购重组及合作联盟战略,并通过国际化战略的顺利实施来实现企业新的发展。最后,希望通过本文的研究,在正确的企业战略引导下,广东城基工程公司能在竞争激烈的市场环境中获得长足发展,并对同行业的中小工程公司有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and urbanization, more and more foreign advanced engineering project management companies enter the domestic market. The international competition of domestic project management companies is becoming increasingly fierce. In addition,Also exposed a lot of their own problems.In order to achieve sustainable development in the fierce competition, Guangdong City-based Engineering Company must define its development goals and formulate corresponding development strategies.Based on the analysis of the external environmental factors, such as politics, economy, society, technology environment and competition structure in the industry, this paper summarizes the opportunities and challenges facing the development of Guangdong City-based Engineering Company.Through the analysis of the product structure, human resource, marketing ability, technical ability and project development of the company, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Guangdong City Foundation Engineering Company are summarized.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Guangdong City Foundation Engineering Company, the development strategy of Guangdong City Base Engineering Company is formulated by adopting SWOT analysis method and combining the strategic orientation of the company.Then it designs the development strategy means, the development strategy implementation steps and the effective implementation strategy for the internal and external environment faced by the company in Guangdong City-based Engineering Company.To ensure the implementation of the development strategy of Guangdong City based Engineering Company.In this paper, it is found that the Guangdong City based Engineering Company should adopt the strategy of diversification, merger and reorganization and cooperation alliance in the face of the change of external environment, and realize the new development of the enterprise through the successful implementation of the internationalization strategy.Finally, it is hoped that under the guidance of the correct enterprise strategy, Guangdong City-based Engineering Company can make great progress in the competitive market environment through the research of this paper, and has certain reference significance for the small and medium-sized engineering companies in the same industry.
