【摘要】：随着中央政府不断深入改革开放和西部大开发战略,重庆市在经济、政治等各个领域上,取得了长足发展。重庆市逐渐成为了国内,乃至世界舞台上的一个不容小觑的力量。世界各国希望与重庆进行更为密切的合作和交流,想要全方位的了解重庆。作为重庆市政府的最为重要的官方文件,重庆市2015年政府工作报告全面介绍了重庆市在过去一年的政治、经济、民生、社会的发展状况,总结了成果和不足。同时,也为下一年的政府工作做出了总的指导和计划。因此每年的政府工作报告在宣传本地文化和形象上起着重要作用。作者选取了重庆市政府工作报告的第三部分进行翻译。该章旨在为下一年的政府工作出规划和部署。本翻译报告共分为五部分:第一部分是翻译项目背景,其中包括对项目来源介绍及其意义。该部分还简要介绍了整个翻译报告的基本结构;第二部分是对翻译理论,文本功能的介绍,以及对本文的理论支持分析。第三部分是对节选的重庆市政府工作报告的语言特点做出简要的分析,并且从词汇、句法、修辞等层面给出实例。第四部分是本翻译报告的主体部分。主要介绍作者所做的译前准备,以及运用了实例具体说明了翻译策略的应用;第五部分则为对此次翻译实践所做的概括性总结,包括总结翻译过程的不足以及对今后翻译工作的启示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the central government's reform and opening up and the strategy of developing the western region, Chongqing has made great progress in various fields such as economy, politics and so on.Chongqing has gradually become a force that cannot be underestimated at home or even on the world stage.Countries all over the world hope to cooperate and exchange more closely with Chongqing, and want to understand Chongqing in all aspects.As the most important official document of Chongqing Municipal Government, the 2015 government work report of Chongqing City has comprehensively introduced the political, economic, people's livelihood and social development of Chongqing in the past year, and summed up the achievements and shortcomings.At the same time, also for the next year the work of the government to make a general guidance and plan.Therefore, the annual government work report plays an important role in promoting local culture and image.The author selects the third part of Chongqing Municipal Government's work report for translation.The chapter aims to plan and deploy the work of the government next year.This translation report is divided into five parts: the first part is the background of the translation project, including the source of the project and its significance.This part also briefly introduces the basic structure of the whole translation report. The second part introduces the translation theory, the text function, and the theoretical support of this paper.The third part makes a brief analysis of the language characteristics of the selected Chongqing Municipal Government work report, and gives examples from the lexical, syntactic and rhetorical levels.The fourth part is the main part of this translation report.This paper mainly introduces the pre-translation preparation made by the author, and illustrates the application of translation strategy with examples. The fifth part is a summary of the translation practice.It includes a summary of the shortcomings of the translation process and the implications for future translation work.
