英属海峡群岛的主权危机及其应对方式

【摘要】：海权管控方式及其历史演变蕴含着民族国家的历史经验与民族智慧。近代英国海峡群岛权属问题曾经面对法国、德国等周边国家不同因素的挑战,可是最终权益依然牢牢地掌握在英国人的手里,这是因为英国对海峡群岛的管控方式能够适时调整与变化。历史表明,海岛权益的维护需要权属国多路径地长期坚守与灵活应对,需要政治、经济、军事和文化等社会诸多要素的通力协作,以及适时发挥超常智慧的先声策略,最终可以实现对海疆权益的有效管控、对海洋资源的综合开发与合理利用。
[Abstract]:The way and its historical evolution contain the historical experience and national wisdom of the nation state. The question of modern English Channel Islands once faced the challenges of different factors in the neighboring countries such as France and Germany, but the ultimate rights and interests remain firmly in the hands of the British. This is because Britain is able to control the Channel Islands. The history shows that the maintenance of the rights and interests of the island requires the long-term persistence and flexible response to the rights and interests of the island, the cooperation of many social elements such as politics, economy, military and culture, and the early strategy of giving full play to the supernatural wisdom in order to realize the effective control of the rights and interests of the sea and the marine resources.
