【摘要】：在印度历史发展长河中,女性做出了突出贡献。然而,由于印度特有的发展史、制度及社会政治、经济等发展的不平衡,又加之受传统制度及陋习的深刻影响,印度妇女的社会地位仍然较低,妇女基本的生存权与安全权得不到应有的保障,妇女生活境遇悲惨。真正提高印度妇女社会地位对印度政府来说仍然是一大挑战和重任。当前的印度正向现代化迈进,妇女能否得到真正解放,对于印度的现代化起到了至关重要的作用。本文试图从印度妇女地位发展历史的角度来探究当代印度妇女社会地位的现状、并分析制约女性社会地位的因素,从而探究出提高印度女性社会地位的途径何在。本文分绪论和五大部分。第一部分从印度妇女地位发展历史的角度评述了印度妇女社会地位的变迁,主要从印度独立前与独立后两个大时期进行评述；第二部分分析了当代印度女性社会地位的现状及特点,主要从女性的政治、经济、婚姻家庭及文化教育等层面进行评析,本部分着重分析了印度女性在婚姻家庭中地位的现状；第三部分分析了制约印度女性社会地位的因素,主要从印度固有的制度层面、妇女自身因素层面及法律建设等方面进行了评述；第四部分笔者提出了提高印度女性社会地位的途径,主要从政府、社会、女性自身、法律制度建设等层面进行分析；第五部分笔者对全文进行了总结性的阐述,使我们进一步意识到女性力量的强大及印度提高女性社会地位的迫切与重要性。
[Abstract]:In the long history of India, women have made outstanding contributions. However, due to the unique development history of India, the imbalance in the development of institutions and society, politics and economy, as well as the profound influence of traditional institutions and bad habits, the social status of Indian women is still relatively low. Women's basic right to survival and security can not be guaranteed, and women's living conditions are miserable. The real advancement of Indian women in society remains a major challenge and responsibility for the Indian government. At present, India is moving towards modernization, and whether women can be truly liberated plays an important role in India's modernization. This paper attempts to explore the present situation of the social status of women in India from the perspective of the history of the development of the status of women in India, and to analyze the factors restricting the social status of women, so as to find out the ways to improve the social status of women in India. This paper is divided into introduction and five parts. The first part reviews the changes of Indian women's social status from the perspective of the history of Indian women's status development, mainly from the two major periods before and after India's independence. The second part analyzes the current situation and characteristics of contemporary Indian women's social status, mainly from the aspects of women's politics, economy, marriage and family, culture and education, etc. This part focuses on the status of Indian women in marriage and family. The third part analyzes the factors restricting the social status of women in India, mainly from the inherent institutional level of India, women's own factors and legal construction, and so on. The fourth part of the author proposed ways to improve the social status of women in India, mainly from the government, society, women themselves, legal system construction and other levels of analysis. We are further aware of the strength of women and the urgency and importance of the advancement of women in India.
