中蒙贸易和投资的相互关系及发展趋势研究

【摘要】：中国与蒙古国之间贸易和投资的发展呈现出融合发展的一体化趋势,这会使其贸易壁垒逐渐消除、生产要素自由流动,是中蒙俄经济走廊建设与实施中的一项现实选择。充分发挥中蒙经济互补优势,不断克服一些政治、经济和社会领域不利因素的影响,稳步推动双边贸易和投资更高水平的合作发展,有利于两国增进政治互信,提高人民的福祉,这符合中蒙两国的长期战略利益。首先,本文运用列举法和图表法相结合的方式,对中蒙贸易和投资发展趋势进行分析研究,结果表明,中蒙贸易和投资呈现显著增长的现象,且中蒙贸易与投资呈现出相互促进融合、一体化发展的趋势。其次,本文进一步用Granger检验贸易额和投资额的关系,分析表明,中蒙两国的进口额、出口额和进出口总额对国际直接投资额有显著影响,即进口额、出口额和进出口总额是国际直接投资额的Granger原因,反之则没有显著影响且不是其原因。脉冲响应结果与Granger检验结果一致,这表明中蒙两国的贸易额对国际直接投资额有明显的影响作用,即中蒙贸易和投资并不是在各自的框架下单独发展,而是正在相互交叉与融合。本文研究结果表明,当前中蒙贸易和投资发展表现出相互交叉融合的一体化趋势特征。最后,本文借鉴中国一东盟、北美国家经贸合作的成功经验,结合中蒙经济合作的实际情况,为促进双边贸易和投资相互融合的一体化趋势发展提出几点政策建议。
[Abstract]:The development of trade and investment between China and Mongolia shows a trend of integration and development, which will gradually eliminate its trade barriers and free flow of production factors, which is a realistic choice in the construction and implementation of Sino-Mongolian and Russian economic corridors. Giving full play to the complementary advantages of the economy of China and Mongolia, constantly overcoming the influence of some unfavorable factors in the political, economic and social fields, and steadily promoting the development of bilateral trade and investment at a higher level, is conducive to enhancing political mutual trust between the two countries. It is in the long-term strategic interests of China and Mongolia to improve the well-being of the people. First of all, this paper uses the method of enumeration and chart to analyze the development trend of Sino-Mongolian trade and investment. The results show that the trade and investment between China and Mongolia are increasing significantly. Moreover, the trade and investment between China and Mongolia promote the integration and integration. Secondly, this paper further uses Granger to test the relationship between trade volume and investment, and the analysis shows that the import value, export value and total import and export amount of China and Mongolia have significant influence on the international direct investment, that is, the import amount. The export volume and the total import and export amount are the Granger reasons of the international direct investment, otherwise they have no significant influence and are not the reason. The result of pulse response is consistent with the result of Granger test, which indicates that the trade volume between China and Mongolia has an obvious effect on the international direct investment, that is, the trade and investment between China and Mongolia are not developed alone within their respective framework. They are intersecting and merging with each other. The results show that the development of trade and investment between China and Mongolia shows the trend of integration. Finally, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of China-ASEAN and North American countries' economic and trade cooperation, combining with the actual situation of China-Mongolia economic cooperation, and puts forward some policy suggestions for promoting the integration trend of bilateral trade and investment.
