唐山唐曹铁路有限责任公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:唐山唐曹铁路有限责任公司作为一家独立的法人企业,同时也是地方性铁路建设、运营公司。如何能够在区域内众多同类型企业竞争中把握宏观经济形势、提升未来盈利水平、优化财务管理、进一步加强风险控制能力,提高核心竞争力,找到一条快速健康发展的途径,成为该公司在企业战略层面首先要考虑的问题。本文在国内外企业战略研究现状的基础上,运用现代化企业战略管理理论对唐曹铁路公司的经营现状进行了深入的分析。通过PEST模型,对唐曹铁路公司所处的政治、经济、社会、技术等行业环境进行了分析和评价;然后采用SWOT模型对公司的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁进行了全面分析,并获得了公司在发展战略实施过程中的战略目标,以及成本领先、差异化、目标集聚等战略,在发展战略的实施过程中,文章提出了加快项目施工建设、改造拓展既有线路、节约利用土地、开展定制货运和、强化技术研发和打造园区网络平台等具体措施,有效推动和落实既定战略目标。这些都有助于公司在激烈的竞争中获得主动,优先于竞争对手达到目标。在全面的分析后,文章最后提出了一系列保障发展战略实施的策略,包括技术、信息化平台建设、人力资源、股东资源、工程建设、服务与文化等多方面的保障措施。这些对于唐曹铁路公司今后参与市场竞争并保持长期稳定的发展都具有一定的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:As an independent corporation, Tangshan Tangcao Railway Co., Ltd. is also a local railway construction and operation company. How to grasp the macroeconomic situation, improve the future profit level, optimize the financial management, further strengthen the ability of risk control, improve the core competitiveness, and find a way to develop quickly and healthily in the competition of many similar enterprises in the region. Become the company in the corporate strategy level to consider the first issue. On the basis of the present situation of enterprise strategy research at home and abroad, this paper makes a deep analysis of the present management situation of Tangcao Railway Company by using the modern enterprise strategic management theory. Through the PEST model, this paper analyzes and evaluates the political, economic, social and technological environment of Tangcao Railway Company, and then makes a comprehensive analysis of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats by using the SWOT model. In the process of implementation of the development strategy, the strategic objectives of the company are obtained, as well as the strategy of cost leading, differentiation, agglomeration, etc. During the implementation of the development strategy, the article proposes to speed up the construction of the project and expand the existing lines. In order to effectively promote and implement the established strategic goals, concrete measures such as land utilization, customized freight transportation and development of technology and building of the network platform of the park can be carried out. All of these help companies gain initiative in fierce competition and take precedence over competitors to achieve their goals. After a comprehensive analysis, the paper puts forward a series of strategies to ensure the implementation of development strategy, including technology, information platform construction, human resources, shareholder resources, engineering construction, service and culture, and so on. All these have certain theoretical and practical significance for Tangcao Railway Company to participate in market competition and maintain long-term stable development.
