科普型热点事件的科学传播理论与实践研究

【摘要】:神十升天,太空授课;福岛核泄漏,食盐遭哄抢;PX项目屡次引发群体性事件;方舟子和崔永元关于转基因食品的论战;等等,这一件件我们身边的热点事件,不仅仅是普通的舆论热点,更是提供了科学传播素材和科学传播时机的社会热点事件。借助热点事件进行的科学传播己逐渐被越来越多的学者们关注,笔者将这种具有科普价值的热点事件称之为科普型热点事件。这种新的科学传播形式日益成为科学传播的新常态。本文在现代科学传播理论研究的基础上,运用分析和归纳的思维方式,运用文献分析法并结合科普型热点事件典型案例,遵循发现问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路,多角度、多层次地对科普型热点事件的科学传播进行了思考和探讨。科普型热点事件来源于社会中的热点事件,是社会热点事件中有科普功能的事件。它具有一定的轰动效应和科普价值,并且易于向公众传播。科普型热点事件可以分为突发性科普型热点事件(如PX事件中的科学传播)和可预见性科普型热点事件(如神舟系列火箭升空,对公众进行的科学传播)两种类型。科普型热点事件的科学传播中存在着传播者、传播内容、传播对象、传播途径和传播效果五个要素,相比于传统的科学传播过程,科普型热点事件的科学传播过程体现了系统的非线性和循环互动性,具有多元主体协同参与、传播内容多层次并重、新兴媒体成为主要传播平台、受众与传播主体互动性显著等特点。科普型热点事件的科学传播对化解危机、提升公众素养、提升科普效果有着重要作用,但现实中科普型热点事件科学传播过程还存在较多问题,如科学传播者权威力量薄弱、不实科学信息泛滥、高质量科普作品相对匮乏等,而政治、经济、人才三个方面的制约对上述出现的问题影响较为明显。要提高科普型热点事件的科学传播效果,必须要完善科普型热点事件科学传播的政策和环境保障机制,加强科普型热点事件科学传播的渠道和设施建设,提升科普型热点事件的科学传播信息质量。
[Abstract]:God ascended to heaven and taught in space; the Fukushima nuclear leak, the plunder of salt, the PX project repeatedly triggered mass incidents; the Fang Zhouzi and Cui Yongyuan debates over genetically modified foods; and so on, this one of the hot events around us. Not only the public opinion hot spot, but also provides the science dissemination material and the science dissemination opportunity social hot spot event. More and more scholars have paid more and more attention to the science communication with the help of hot events. The author calls this kind of hot events which have the value of popularizing science as popular science hot events. This new form of science communication is becoming the new normal of science communication. On the basis of the research of modern science communication theory, using the thinking mode of analysis and induction, using the literature analysis method and combining with the typical case of popular science hot events, this paper follows the train of thought of discovering problem-analyzing problem-solving problem. This paper discusses the scientific communication of popular science events from different angles and levels. Popular science hot events come from hot events in society and they are popular science events. It has a sensational effect and science popularization value, and easy to spread to the public. The popular science hot events can be divided into two types: sudden popular science hot events (such as science communication in PX events) and predictable popular science hot events (such as Shenzhou series rockets launched to the public). There are five elements in the scientific communication of popular science events, such as communicator, content, object, way and effect, compared with the traditional process of science communication. The process of scientific communication of popular science events embodies the nonlinearity and cyclic interaction of the system, with the cooperation of multiple subjects, the multi-level and equal emphasis of the communication content, and the emerging media become the main communication platform. The interaction between the audience and the main body of communication is remarkable and so on. The scientific communication of popular hot events plays an important role in resolving the crisis, improving public literacy and promoting the effect of science popularization. However, in reality, there are still many problems in the process of scientific communication of popular science hot events, such as the weak authority of science communicators. The untrue scientific information is overflowing and the high quality popular science works are relatively scarce. However, the political, economic and human resources constraints have an obvious impact on the above problems. In order to improve the effect of scientific communication of popular science hot events, we must perfect the policy and environmental protection mechanism of science dissemination, and strengthen the channel and facilities construction of scientific communication of popular science hot spot events. To improve the quality of scientific communication information on popular science events.
