周恩来德育思想研究

【摘要】:周恩来德育思想是在马克思主义德育理论指导下形成的科学理论,是毛泽东思想之德育理论的重要组成部分。作为党的第一代领导集体的重要成员,周恩来十分重视学校德育工作,无论是德育内容的设定还是德育方法的使用,都体现了他对青少年的尊重和对其进行道德教育的重视。周恩来的德育思想在新民主主义革命历史阶段发挥过重要的作用,在新中国成立后的很长一段时间内成为指导我国学校德育工作的重要理论之一,其德育思想对我国当代学校德育工作仍有着重要的启示。 本文以马克思主义为根本研究指针,在参考已有研究成果的基础上,运用文献资料法、历史研究法、经验总结法,,系统考察了周恩来德育思想形成的社会历史条件和理论渊源,分析和归纳了周恩来德育思想的发展历程及其主要内容,概括总结出了周恩来德育思想的基本特征,并对周恩来德育思想的历史价值和现实启示进行了一定程度的归纳与探讨。 本文主要分四个部分对周恩来德育思想进行较为系统而客观的研究: 第一部分:关于周恩来德育思想形成的社会历史条件和理论渊源的探讨。本文认为周恩来德育思想的形成有着重要的政治、经济、思想文化背景;且其德育思想的形成深受中国优秀传统文化的熏陶和马克思主义经典作家德育理论的指导。 第二部分:关于周恩来德育思想的发展历程和主要内容的分析研究及归纳。本文认为周恩来德育思想的发展历程可以分为萌芽时期、形成时期、成熟时期和在曲折中发展时期;其主要内容包括马克思主义理论教育和革命人生观教育、劳动观念教育和艰苦奋斗教育、集体主义教育和爱国主义教育。 第三部分:关于周恩来德育思想的基本特征的分析概括。本文认为周恩来德育思想具有阶级性与实践性、民族性与传承性、科学性与实现方法的多样性等几大特征。 第四部分:主要讨论周恩来德育思想的历史价值和现实启示。本文认为周恩来德育思想的历史价值主要体现在两个方面:一是丰富和发展了马克思主义德育理论;二是其德育思想是毛泽东思想之德育理论的重要组成部分。周恩来德育思想对我国当代学校德育工作有着重要的现实启示:以科学的德育观为指导,正确认识学校德育;德育工作要从德育对象入手,做到有的放矢;以队伍建设为切入点,提高其德育工作能力。
[Abstract]:Zhou Enlai moral education theory is a scientific theory formed under the guidance of Marxist moral education theory. It is an important part of Mao Zedong's moral education theory. As an important member of the Party's first generation of leading collectives, Zhou Enlai attaches great importance to moral education in schools. Both the setting of moral education content and the use of moral education methods reflect his respect for young people and the importance he attaches to their moral education. The moral education thought of Zhou Enlai has played an important role in the historical stage of the new democratic revolution, and has become one of the important theories guiding the moral education in schools in our country for a long time after the founding of New China. Its moral education thought still has the important enlightenment to our country contemporary school moral education work. Taking Marxism as the fundamental research guideline and referring to the existing research results, this paper systematically investigates the social and historical conditions and theoretical origins of the formation of Zhou Enlai's moral education thought by using the method of literature, historical research and experience summarization. This paper analyzes and summarizes the development course and main content of Zhou Enlai moral education thought, summarizes the basic characteristics of Zhou Enlai moral education thought, and sums up and discusses to a certain extent the historical value and realistic enlightenment of Zhou Enlai moral education thought. This article mainly divides into four parts carries on the comparatively systematic and objective research to the Zhou Enlai moral education thought: The first part discusses the social and historical conditions and theoretical origin of the formation of Zhou Enlai moral education thought. This paper holds that the formation of Zhou Enlai moral education thought has important political, economic, ideological and cultural background, and the formation of its moral education thought is deeply influenced by Chinese excellent traditional culture and guided by Marxist classical writer's moral education theory. The second part: the development course and main content of Zhou Enlai moral education thought. This paper holds that the course of development of Zhou Enlai moral education can be divided into three periods: embryonic period, forming period, mature period and developing period in twists and turns, the main contents of which include Marxist theory education and revolutionary outlook on life education. Education in labor concept and hard work, collectivism and patriotism. The third part: the analysis and summary of the basic characteristics of Zhou Enlai moral education thought. This paper holds that Zhou Enlai moral education thought has several characteristics, such as class and practice, nationality and inheritance, scientific nature and diversity of methods of realization, etc. The fourth part: mainly discusses the historical value and the realistic enlightenment of Zhou Enlai moral education thought. This paper holds that the historical value of Zhou Enlai's moral education thought is mainly reflected in two aspects: one is to enrich and develop Marxist moral education theory, the other is that its moral education thought is an important part of Mao Zedong's moral education theory. Zhou Enlai moral education thought has important realistic enlightenment to our country contemporary school moral education work: take the scientific moral education view as the instruction, correctly understand the school moral education, the moral education work must start with the moral education object, achieves the goal; Take the troop construction as the breakthrough point, enhances its moral education work ability.
