少数民族公民意识培养的路径识别——以卢梭“公民性”理论为切入点

【摘要】:改革开放不仅带来政治、经济、文化模式的转变,也促发了文化的断裂,进而导致作为生力军的青年群体的公民意识缺失,致使出现价值真空、道德滑坡和社会失范等现象。因此,依据卢梭的"公民性"理论,按照少数民族公民身份识别、意识识别、场景识别、行为识别的逻辑主线,对当今中国社会公民意识培养问题进行探究,能够为推进我国民主进程、建立法治秩序、加速公民社会形成提供根本性支撑。
[Abstract]:The reform and opening up not only brings about the transformation of political, economic and cultural patterns, but also promotes the rupture of culture, which leads to the lack of civic consciousness of the youth as a new force and the emergence of value vacuum, moral decline and social anomie. Therefore, according to Rousseau's "citizenship" theory, according to the logic thread of minority nationality identity recognition, consciousness recognition, scene recognition and behavior recognition, this paper probes into the cultivation of citizen consciousness in Chinese society today. It can provide the fundamental support for promoting the democratic process, establishing the order of rule of law and accelerating the formation of civil society.
