CQ公司的发展战略研究

【摘要】:在金融危机和“十二五”产业转型升级期间,温州民营企业如何进行战略设计转危为安已成为亟需探索的问题,其能否成功转型升级对全国民营企业来说也具有示范性作用。而低压电器企业要在日益激烈的市场竞争中更好地参与竞争、赢得竞争优势,就必须要在了解自身以及外部市场竞争状况的前提下制定正确的发展策略,掌握企业发展战略的相关理论、方法以及模式。 本文介绍了国内外企业发展战略管理理论的研究和应用状况;对企业战略分析的模型进行了介绍;然后分析了CQ公司的内部环境,包括公司的员工情况、组织架构、财务状况、生产管理以及企业文化等方面,最后利用IEF矩阵对公司的内部因素进行了评价。接下来,依托PEST分析模型,对低压电器行业的宏观环境即政治、经济、社会和技术环境进行了分析,并依据波特五力模型,从现有竞争者、潜在竞争者、替代品竞争、买方议价能力和采购方的议价能力这五个方面对公司所面临的竞争环境进行分析,然后利用EFE矩阵对CQ公司的外部环境关键因素进行评价。然后,通过IE矩阵分析和SWOT矩阵对公司发展战略进行选择,并依据战略理论指出了相应的战略举措。最后对公司战略实施的保障进行介绍。 本文通过IE矩阵分析和SWOT分析,认为CQ公司在产业转型期应采取依靠内部优势利用和外部机会的增长型战略,结合CQ公司的实际,可采用差异化战略、多产品战略和国际化战略,而也有充分的保障措施可以来实施这些战略。本文的相关理论可以为产业转型期其他低压电器企业和温州民营企业的战略选择提供参考。
[Abstract]:During the financial crisis and the industrial transformation and upgrading of the 12th Five-Year Plan, how to carry out strategic design for Wenzhou private enterprises has become a problem that needs to be explored urgently, and whether it can be successfully transformed and upgraded also plays an exemplary role for private enterprises throughout the country. In order to participate in the competition and gain the competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition, the low-voltage electric appliance enterprises must make the correct development strategy on the premise of knowing themselves and the competition condition of the external market. Master relevant theories, methods and models of enterprise development strategy. This paper introduces the research and application of enterprise development strategy management theory at home and abroad, introduces the model of enterprise strategy analysis, and then analyzes the internal environment of CQ company, including employee situation, organization structure, financial situation, etc. Finally, IEF matrix is used to evaluate the internal factors of the company. Then, based on the PEST analysis model, this paper analyzes the macro environment of the low-voltage electrical equipment industry, that is, the political, economic, social and technological environment, and according to the Porter's five-force model, from the existing competitors, potential competitors, substitute competition, This paper analyzes the competitive environment faced by the company from the five aspects of the buyer's bargaining power and the buyer's bargaining power, and then evaluates the key factors of the external environment of CQ company by using the EFE matrix. Then, through the analysis of IE matrix and SWOT matrix, the development strategy of the company is selected, and the corresponding strategic measures are pointed out according to the strategic theory. At last, it introduces the guarantee of the implementation of the company's strategy. Based on the analysis of IE matrix and SWOT, this paper holds that CQ Company should adopt the growth strategy which depends on the utilization of internal advantages and external opportunities in the period of industrial transformation, combined with the actual situation of CQ Company, it can adopt the strategy of differentiation. Multi-product strategy and internationalization strategy, and there are sufficient safeguards to implement these strategies. The relevant theories in this paper can provide reference for the strategic choice of other low-voltage electrical enterprises and Wenzhou private enterprises in the period of industrial transformation.
