中国文化建设面临的问题与解决路径

【摘要】：文化是一个国家存在与发展的重要软实力,同样也是国家兴旺发达的重要表现,我国是一个拥有上下五千年文明历史的古国,同时也是拥有灿烂的现代文化的民族,但是由于数千年的闭关锁国的封建统治,导致文化发展的滞后,在近现代欧美等大国崛起的时候,中国仍然处在物质生活和精神文化都极端落后的阶段,从1840年开始我国进入了新的文化运动与发展阶段,随着民主人士所实施的洋务运动、辛亥革命和五四新文化运动等等,中国人开始在文化发展领域有所觉醒,并且认识到了文化在国家发展当中所起到的重要作用。改革开放之后以邓小平为核心的党的领导集体,在积极进行现代化建设的同时,提出了实现中华民族文化复兴,建设发展由中国特色社会主义的道路,其中文化的发展建设也是其中的重要内容。而经过了三十多年的改革开放,中国的政治经济以及文化等各方面都进入了转型发展的重要时期,在面临着全球化的客观环境之下,给我国的文化发展建设提供了广阔的发展空间,同时也面临着较大的挑战,当前中华文化的复兴以及重新崛起,首先需要实行国际化,全球化的整体发展趋势,而采取怎样的文化发展道路,是我国文化发展人员需要考虑的重要问题,另外当前我国的文化发展建设面临着种种的问题和阻碍,很多地方无法适应整体的发展需求和趋势。通过论文的研究,希望弥补当前对于我国文化建设深入研究不足的现象,同时在在充分借鉴发达国家文化经验的基础上实施我国未来的文化发展建设。论文研究一共分为五章,第一章主要介绍了论文研究的背景,包含了相关理论,以及论文研究的目的意义,研究内容和当前研究现状,论文的第二部分重点阐述了我国文化建设所面临的几个问题,产业发展的不足,人才的缺失以及文化逆差现象的存在。论文第三部分重点分析了上述问题产生的原因,主要从体制机制、全球化所带来的影响,传统文化的影响以及法律法规的不健全等方面进行讨论分析。论文第四部分充分分析了国外典型发达国家在文化建设方面的模式和成功经验,例如英美国家、德法国家以及日韩国家的成功之处。论文第五部分重点提出了未来我国文化建设的具体路径,根据上述问题提出了针对性的意见建议。
[Abstract]:Culture is not only an important soft power of a country's existence and development, but also an important manifestation of the prosperity of a country. China is an ancient country with a history of five thousand years of civilization up and down, and also a nation with splendid modern culture. However, as a result of thousands of years of feudal rule in closed countries, the development of culture lagged behind. When large countries such as Europe and the United States rose in modern times, China was still in a stage of extreme backwardness in material life and spiritual culture. Since 1840, China has entered a new stage of cultural movement and development. With the Westernization Movement, the 1911 Revolution and the May 4th New Culture Movement, the Chinese people began to wake up in the field of cultural development. And recognized the important role of culture in the development of the country. After the reform and opening up, the leading collective of the Party, with Deng Xiaoping as the core, put forward the road of realizing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's culture and building and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics while actively carrying out the modernization drive. Among them, the development and construction of culture is also an important content. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China's political, economic, cultural and other aspects have entered an important period of transition and development, facing the objective environment of globalization. It has provided broad development space for the cultural development of our country, at the same time, it is also facing a great challenge. The current revival and re-emergence of Chinese culture requires, first of all, the overall development trend of internationalization and globalization. What kind of cultural development path should be adopted is an important issue for Chinese cultural development personnel to consider. In addition, the construction of cultural development in our country is faced with various problems and obstacles, many places can not adapt to the overall development needs and trends. Through the research of this paper, we hope to make up for the lack of deep research on the cultural construction of our country at present, and at the same time, to carry out the cultural development construction of our country in the future on the basis of drawing on the cultural experience of the developed countries. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the thesis research, including the relevant theory, the purpose and significance of the paper, the research content and the current research situation. In the second part of the paper, we focus on the problems of cultural construction in our country, the shortage of industry development, the lack of talents and the existence of the phenomenon of cultural deficit. The third part focuses on the reasons for the above problems, mainly from the institutional mechanism, the impact of globalization, the impact of traditional culture and laws and regulations are not perfect and so on. The fourth part of the thesis fully analyzes the successful experience of the typical developed countries in the cultural construction, such as the British and American countries, Germany and France, as well as the success of the countries of Japan and South Korea. The fifth part of the paper puts forward the concrete path of our country's cultural construction in the future, and puts forward some suggestions according to the above problems.
