【摘要】：正中美两国于1979年正式建立外交关系后,美国处理涉台事务的政策,即涉台政策,便成为广义上的对华政策的一部分。中美关系和两岸关系共同形塑着美国在台湾问题上的政策思维。中美"新型大国关系"概念的提出与实践,制约着美国涉台关系的发展;两岸关系的和平发展,则使美国在摆脱了台海危机的周期性困扰后,将其涉台政策的重点由防"独"、促和、避战,转变为同步提升美台政治、经济和军事关系,以维持美国在台湾问
[Abstract]:After the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States in 1979, the United States' policy of dealing with matters related to Taiwan, that is, the policy of involving Taiwan, became part of the broad policy towards China. The relationship between China and the United States and the two sides of the strait have shaped the policy thinking of the United States on the Taiwan issue. The introduction and practice of the concept of a "new type of great power relationship" between China and the United States has restricted the development of the United States' relations with Taiwan. The peaceful development of cross-strait relations has made the United States get rid of the periodic troubles of the Taiwan Strait crisis. The focus of its policy on Taiwan has been shifted from defending "independence", promoting peace and avoiding war, to synchronously enhancing the political, economic and military relations between the United States and Taiwan, in order to maintain the United States' question in Taiwan.
