1988年以来英国地理课程目标演变的研究

【摘要】：近年来,英国的基础教育在国际教育竞争中逐年失利,综合国内政治、经济发展的需求以及国际上地理课程改革的趋势潮流,2014年,英国教育部发布了新的国家地理课程标准。时代的变化、经济的发展、政治政策的决断,要求其地理课程目标也作出相应的改变,这样才能促进地理学科更好的发展。从1988年英国发布统一的国家课程标准之后,英国国家地理课程标准从1991年到2014年经历数次修改,在修改过程中其地理课程目标也经历了多次改变。研究英国地理课程改革的背景、改革后地理课程目标内容、改革前后地理课程目标的对比分析,以及对改革后的课程目标的评价,能有效的了解英国地理课程目标的发展变化和演变规律,并从英国课程目标演变中吸取失败的教训和借鉴成功的经验,从而更好的服务我国地理课程改革和地理课程教材编写。本研究对英国地理课程目标1991版、1995版、2000版、2008版、2014版国家地理课程文本进行全面深入的分析,重点研究其课程目标的变化,主要包括以下几个部分：第一部分为引言,包括问题的提出、选题意义、国内外现状、研究方法及思路。第二部分为英国1991年英国国家地理课程目标,主要包括1991年英国地理课程改革的背景、1991年英国国家地理课程目标内容、对1991年英国国家地理课程目标的评价、改革前后英国国家地理课程目标的对比分析。第三部分为1995年英国国家地理课程目标,主要包括1995年英国地理课程改革的背景、1995年英国国家地理课程目标内容、对1995年英国国家地理课程目标的评价、改革前后英国地理课程目标的对比分析。第四部分为2000年英国地理课程目标,主要包括2000年英国地理课程改革的背景、2000年英国国家地理课程目标内容、对2000年英国国家地理课程目标的评价、改革前后英国地理课程目标的对比分析。第五部分为2008年英国国家地理课程目标,主要包括2008年地理课程改革的背景、2008年英国国家地理课程目标内容、对2008年英国国家地理课程目标的评价、改革前后地理课程目标的对比分析。第六部分为2014年英国地理课程目标,主要包括2014年地理课程改革的背景、2014年英国国家地理课程目标内容、对2014年英国国家地理课程目标的评价、改革前后地理课程目标的对比分析。第七部分结语。包括本文的创新之处、不足之处和研究展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the basic education of Britain has lost in the international education competition year by year, synthesizes the domestic politics, the economic development demand and the international geography curriculum reform tendency tide, in 2014, the British Ministry of Education issued the new national geography curriculum standard. The change of the times, the development of economy and the decision of political policy require the corresponding change of geography curriculum goal, so as to promote the better development of geography subject. After the national curriculum standard was issued in Britain in 1988, the National Geography Curriculum Standard was revised several times from 1991 to 2014, and its geography curriculum goal changed many times during the course of revision. This paper studies the background of British geography curriculum reform, the content of geography curriculum objectives after the reform, the comparative analysis of geography curriculum objectives before and after the reform, and the evaluation of the curriculum objectives after the reform. Can effectively understand the development and evolution of the British geography curriculum goals, and learn from the British curriculum goals from the evolution of failed lessons and successful experience, so as to better serve our country's geography curriculum reform and geography curriculum textbook compilation.
