柬埔寨高中教师补课动因研究
[Abstract]:The construction of the new international political and economic order has brought about two sides to the education of Kampuchea. At the same time, the democratic development is accompanied by the abuse of corruption and human rights. The work of the whole people's education is carried out, the development of the public education system is accompanied by the problem of remedial practice. There are a variety of people to better cope with important tests. Some are for missing and structural problems, such as curriculum overloading, teachers' low wages and fierce social competition. Another common metaphorical expression is "shadow education", which implies the separation of public education and private tuition. There are many reasons, but they are still difficult to explain the complex distribution of the public education system and private tuition since 90s. In Kampuchea, the main form of the tutorial is not the shadow of the mainstream teaching. On the contrary, it should be understood as a key factor in the mutual non use of public education and private supplement, and it is a genre. Having their own "shadow". The tutorial has become an important part of the public education system. Schools that can afford to pay for tuition are usually able to complete their studies and have a greater opportunity to graduate from high school. The paper aims at a broader context to discuss the implications of this phenomenon on the quality of teaching and teaching fairness in Kampuchea. The qualitative and quantitative data collected in Kampuchea in 2014 revealed the reasons why the interaction between public education and private tutor interaction and the reasons for teachers to take up classes and students to take part in the class. The article also emphasized the similarities and differences between the tutoring and the government public school teaching. The next few points are discussed: (1) the syllabus difference between the supplement and the mainstream teaching; (2) the achievements made by the students who have participated in the supplement and the non participation; (3) the social influence of the tutoring; (4) the reasons for the students to take part in the cram class in the cram class and the teacher. This paper is divided into six chapters, and the first chapter describes the research background, purpose and significance, Research structure, research methods and innovation. The second chapter describes the theory of private lessons and mixed education and the current situation in Kampuchea. The third chapter describes the factors affecting the development of education. The fourth chapter describes the reasons for the private school class in Kampuchea high school teachers, macro and micro factors, the problems of the educational structure include the low salary of teachers, public schools. The fifth chapters describe the reform of Kampuchea education reform including positive and negative courses, the reform and suggestion of the high school education system, the last chapter, the conclusion and the prospect. The research on this topic, the environment in Kampuchea, is the last chapter. I hope this paper will become a good educational guideline and improve the quality of high school education and reduce the inequalities of rich and poor students.
