整肃文化奢靡之风研究

【摘要】：当今世界正处于发展日新月异的剧烈变革期,文化越来越成为综合国力竞争中的重要因素。同时,我国正处在全面建设小康社会的攻坚时期,对提高我国的文化软实力、提升中华文化的国际影响力要求十分紧迫。党的十七届六中全会和十八大都提出要扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设,实现文化大发展大繁荣,明确了社会主义文化的发展方向。然而,文化奢靡之风严重影响了社会主义文化的健康发展,危害社会风尚,败坏党风党纪,把社会引向情趣低俗、意志衰退的境地。因此,整肃文化奢靡之风已经成为刻不容缓的战略任务。本文以文化奢靡之风为研究内容,首先从奢靡之风的表现入手,探讨奢靡性消费的本质,由文化奢靡之风的表现阐述其对整治、经济、国家和社会产生的多方危害,剖析其形成的主观因素和客观原因。重点分析文化奢靡之风对文化发展的腐化作用,文化奢靡之风不是文化繁荣的标志,使文化失去铮铮铁骨和精神气质,使文化产品生产和交换出现畸形和异化。结合文化强国战略指出整肃文化奢靡之风的重要性和必要性,是应对时代新挑战、推进先进文化的必要举措。最后从中华文化精义延伸到高尚文化的张力,提出通过倡行高尚文化来整肃文化奢靡之风的观点。本文的主要观点有:(一)文化奢靡之风不是文化大发展大繁荣的标志;(二)文化奢靡之风对政治、经济、文化、国家和社会造成严重危害;(三)整肃文化奢靡之风是推进文化强国战略的题中之义;(四)倡行高尚文化是对整肃文化奢靡之风的正能量攻略;(五)社会主义文化是高尚文化的助推器。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world is in a period of rapid change. Culture is becoming an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength. At the same time, our country is in the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is urgent to improve our cultural soft power and enhance the international influence of Chinese culture. The sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the 18th Plenary session of the Communist Party of China proposed that it is necessary to promote the construction of a socialist cultural power in a down-to-earth manner, realize the great development and prosperity of the culture, and clarify the direction of the development of socialist culture. However, the cultural extravagance seriously affects the healthy development of socialist culture, endangers the social customs, destroys the Party's style and discipline, and leads the society to the situation of vulgarity and decline of will. Therefore, purging cultural extravagance has become an urgent strategic task. This article takes the culture extravagant wind as the research content, starts from the extravagant wind performance, discusses the extravagant consumption essence, from the culture extravagant wind performance elaborates its to the regulation, the economy, the country and the society produces various harm, The subjective factor and objective reason of its formation are analyzed. This paper focuses on the corrupting effect of cultural extravagance on the development of culture, which is not the symbol of cultural prosperity, and makes culture lose its iron bone and spiritual temperament, and makes the production and exchange of cultural products appear malformation and alienation. Combined with the strategy of cultural power, it points out the importance and necessity of purging cultural extravagance, which is a necessary measure to meet the new challenges of the times and to promote advanced culture. Finally, from the tension of Chinese culture to noble culture, the author puts forward the idea of purging cultural extravagance by advocating noble culture. The main points of this paper are as follows: (1) Cultural extravagance is not a sign of great cultural development and prosperity; (2) Cultural extravagance is a sign of political, economic, and cultural extravagance. (3) purge cultural extravagance is a key part of the strategy of promoting cultural power; (4) promoting noble culture is a positive energy strategy to purge cultural extravagance; (5) socialist culture Is the booster of noble culture.
