论“安倍经济学”的结构性改革

【摘要】：泡沫经济崩溃以来,结构性改革始终被视为解决日本经济复苏乏力的有效处方。2012年末启动的安倍政府同样意识到结构性改革的重要性,并希望通过经济结构改革和制度结构改革两个维度统合实施结构性改革相关措施。尽管其中不乏亮点,但因政策自身存在严重缺陷,加之改革进程受到传统政治经济运营体系的制约,致使"安倍经济学"所倡导的结构性改革未能取得预期效果。这一改革的失败,暴露出日本经济依旧存在政策的"妥协性"与市场的"有限性"等结构性弊端。
[Abstract]:Since the collapse of the bubble economy, structural reforms have been seen as an effective prescription for Japan's weak economic recovery. Abe's government, which started in late 2012, is also aware of the importance of structural reforms. The author also hopes to combine the two dimensions of economic structural reform and institutional structural reform to implement the relevant measures of structural reform. Although there are some bright spots, the structural reform advocated by Abenomics fails to achieve the expected results because of the serious defects of the policy itself and the restriction of the reform process by the traditional political and economic operation system. The failure of the reform exposed the structural shortcomings of the Japanese economy, such as "compromise" of policy and "finiteness" of market.
