推进“数字丝绸之路”构建

【摘要】：正2013年习近平总书记提出"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的战略构想,是我国为顺应经济全球化趋势和国际地缘战略新态势,全面扩大我国对外开放空间,互利共赢,惠及沿线国家,构建国际政治经济新秩序所做的重大战略部署。要强化我国对"丝绸之路"沿线国家的科技、经济和社会发展状况的把握,构建支撑"丝绸之路"建设的信息资源体系,需要对应地建立新型的"数字丝绸之路"。
[Abstract]:In 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic conception of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road", which is to conform to the trend of economic globalization and new international geo-strategic situation, and to comprehensively expand the space for China's opening up to the outside world. A major strategic arrangement for building a new international political and economic order, benefiting the countries along the route. In order to strengthen our country's understanding of the development of science, technology, economy and society in the countries along the Silk Road, and to construct the information resource system to support the construction of the Silk Road, we need to establish a new type of "Digital Silk Road".
