PN公司战略转型研究

【摘要】:加工贸易是全球经济一体化背景下世界各国参与国际分工的一个重要方式。得益于我国实施以出口为导向的发展战略,改革开放30年来,我国成了经济全球化的受益者之一。而加工贸易作为一种特殊的贸易方式,尤其是中小型企业的加工贸易在我国的改革开放和市场经济的发展中功不可没。它不仅满足了人民群众日益增长的多种消费需求,也是活跃市场、扩大就业和保持社会稳定的重要力量。但是中国的加工贸易企业在迅速发展的过程中也出现了一些亟待解决的问题,如技术水平较低,增值效率不高等等。随着我国逐步融入国际市场以及近年来国际国内经济形势的影响,加工贸易企业整体上面临巨大困难。许多中小型的加工贸易企业压力重重,发展面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。很早国家就提倡对中小型企业进行转型升级来谋求企业的发展,以更好地适应市场需求。因此,转型升级已成为我国现阶段中小型加工贸易企业持续发展的必然选择。 作为中国中小企业比较发达的地区,广东省的中小型加工贸易企业具有一定的代表性。本文选取广州PN实业有限公司为代表来对中小型加工贸易企业转型升级问题进行探讨。本文采用理论联系实际的方法,从研究PN公司转型升级的内涵与相关理论基础出发,阐述了PN公司的现存问题及转型升级的必要性。进而在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,就如何实现PN公司转型升级提出了一些对策和建议。首先,通过对相关文献及文件的阅读和深刻思考,对以往的研究进行了梳理;接着对相关概念和基本理论进行了阐述,然后针对PN公司进行了详细调研和分析;然后从该公司的基本情况着手,分析公司转型升级的动因;之后对该公司转型升级的方向和出路进行了详细论证和研究,最后对该公司的转型升级计划和实施方案进行了探讨。 本文的意义在于:从企业转型升级的众多的理论中,抽取一些比较适合某一企业的理论来指导企业的转型升级;从PN公司的转型升级这一真实的案例入手,运用管理学和经济学等领域的相关理论,结合企业实际进行详细阐述。具体来讲,本文运用BoyleDesai(1991)的四因素模型,结合PN公司的实际情况,对该企业转型升级的动因进行了分析,并在此基础上,采用S W O T分析法对PN公司转型升级的优势、弱势、机遇和挑战进行了全面分析,并通过PEST分析方法从政治、经济、技术、文化几个方面对PN公司面临的经营环境进行研究,运用迈克尔·波特的五力模型,对行业现有的竞争状况、供应商的议价能力、替代产品或服务的威胁、新进入者的威胁这五大竞争驱动力进行了分析,最后运用价值链理论和微笑曲线理论,为该企业的转型升级提出了具体措施。希望对PN公司目前及今后的发展,对此类型企业的转型升级具有一定的启示意义。
[Abstract]:Processing trade is an important way for countries to participate in international division of labor under the background of global economic integration. Thanks to the export-oriented development strategy, China has become one of the beneficiaries of economic globalization in the past 30 years. Processing trade as a special way of trade, especially the processing trade of small and medium-sized enterprises, has contributed to the reform and opening up of China and the development of market economy. It not only meets the increasing consumption demand of the people, but also is an important force to enliven the market, expand employment and maintain social stability. However, in the process of rapid development of processing trade enterprises in China, some problems need to be solved, such as low technical level, low value-added efficiency and so on. With China's gradual integration into the international market and the impact of the international and domestic economic situation in recent years, the processing trade enterprises as a whole are facing great difficulties. Many small and medium-sized processing trade enterprises are under pressure and facing unprecedented challenges. Countries have long advocated the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises to seek the development of enterprises to better meet the needs of the market. Therefore, transformation and upgrading has become the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of small and medium processing trade enterprises. As a relatively developed area of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, Guangdong Province's small and medium processing trade enterprises have a certain representation. This paper selects Guangzhou PN Industrial Co., Ltd as a representative to discuss the transformation and upgrading of small and medium processing trade enterprises. Based on the study of the connotation and related theoretical basis of the transformation and upgrading of PN Company, this paper expounds the existing problems and the necessity of the transformation and upgrading of PN Company by using the method of combining theory with practice. Based on the successful experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to realize the transformation and upgrading of PN Company. First of all, through the reading and deep thinking of the related literature and documents, this paper combs the previous research, then expounds the related concepts and basic theories, and then makes a detailed investigation and analysis on PN Company. Then it analyzes the motivation of the company's transformation and upgrading from the basic situation of the company, and then discusses the direction and the way out of the company's transformation and upgrading in detail, and finally discusses the plan and implementation of the company's transformation and upgrading. The significance of this paper lies in: from the numerous theories of enterprise transformation and upgrading, we select some theories that are more suitable for a certain enterprise to guide the transformation and upgrade of an enterprise, and start with the real case of the transformation and upgrading of PN Company. Using the theory of management and economics and other fields, combined with the practice of enterprises to elaborate in detail. Specifically, using the four-factor model of BoyleDesai (1991), combined with the actual situation of PN Company, this paper analyzes the motivation of the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise, and on this basis, uses the S W O T analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the transformation and upgrading of the PN Company. The opportunities and challenges are comprehensively analyzed, and the business environment faced by PN is studied from the aspects of politics, economy, technology and culture through the method of PEST analysis, and the five forces model of Michael Porter is used. This paper analyzes the five competitive driving forces of the industry, such as the current competitive situation of the industry, the bargaining power of suppliers, the threat of substitute products or services, and the threat of new entrants. Finally, it applies the theory of value chain and the theory of smile curve. For the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise put forward specific measures. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the development of PN and the transformation and upgrading of this type of enterprises.
