新疆阿勒泰地区劳动者就业问题及对策研究
[Abstract]:Employment is a big problem related to the living standard and quality of every one of us. It is not only a person's means of livelihood, but also a reflection of a person's social value. Promoting employment has always been the key problem to be solved by the government in order to improve and guarantee the people's livelihood. It concerns the long-term stability and development of our country's politics, economy, culture and society. At present, our country is in the key period of economic and industrial structure adjustment and transformation. On the one hand, the transformation of this model has brought great impetus to the economic development of our country to a large extent, but on the other hand, the change of this mode will also bring about a decrease in the demand for labor. It leads to the imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market and the turbulence of the labor market. It shows that the employment problem has become a social problem that we should pay more attention to in the current economic transition period. This paper takes the employment problem of workers in Altay area of Xinjiang as the research object, through the field investigation, carries on the corresponding research and analysis to the employment situation of the Altay area in Xinjiang in recent years. Combined with the policy content of employment support in Altay and the actual implementation results, the paper summarizes the employment problems faced by the labor force and the causes of this problem, such as the small employment space. The employment stability is insufficient and the structural employment contradiction still exists, the three groups transfer employment pressure is big, the employment entrepreneurship training effect is not obvious, the employment service system is not perfect and so on. In allusion to the above-mentioned employment problems in Altay area, a new way to solve the employment problem is explored on the basis of employment and related entrepreneurship, combined with the local actual employment situation. This paper proposes to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, expand employment space, enhance employment stability, alleviate structural contradictions, take various measures to do a good job for key people, strengthen the effect of employment entrepreneurship training, and promote employment through entrepreneurship. Establish a comprehensive employment service system and other measures to further improve the timeliness and accuracy of employment problems. The above measures are expected to reduce the employment pressure of the current labor force, build harmonious labor relations, improve people's life happiness index, comprehensively protect and improve the people's livelihood, and build a harmonious socialist society. Contribute a little bit to the development of employment in Altay.
