秦港散杂货物流信息平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着世界经济全球化和物流现代化进程加速,世界主要港口呈现出布局网络化、业务多元化、港城一体化和管理信息化趋势。秦皇岛港是世界最大的干散货港口运输企业,是我国重要的综合性、现代化港口企业和散货物流企业,物流作业具有实时性要求高、自动化程度强、数据处理量大、作业流程相对复杂等特点。未来一段时期,如何充分发挥信息化引擎作用,加快促进港口的转型升级、换挡加速,事关港口发展战略大局。面对新形势和新要求,推进打造集物流作业、数据整合、标准建设、客户管理、信息服务等于一体的“秦港散杂货物流信息平台”建设,是一项重要而又紧迫的战略任务。 首先,从政治、经济、港口发展等方面研究物流发展环境,同时查阅大量文献、研究分析了散杂货物流信息化领域国内外研究发展现状和发展趋势,并结合秦皇岛港的项目建设需求、物流作业特点对该项目建设目的、意义和必要性进行了分析。 其次,项目需求分析方面,对秦港散杂货物流作业管理流程进行了梳理,详细阐明了该项目建设目的、功能需求以及性能需求。项目设计方面,从实现流程和设计思想入手,详细阐述了总体设计思路,并从逻辑架构设计、应用架构设计、子系统功能设计以及数据库设计等若干方面进行了细致的分析。项目实现方面,从服务器环境、数据库平台、开发工具等几方面构建项目所需软件、硬件等开发环境,,并阐述系统的实现过程。 再次,本文对项目建设中使用的各项关键技术进行了详细介绍,同时归纳出项目创新点。 最后,本文对项目进行了总结以及对未来工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy and the acceleration of logistics modernization, the main ports in the world present a trend of distribution and networking, business diversification, port and city integration and management information. Qinhuangdao Port is the world's largest dry bulk port transportation enterprise, is an important comprehensive, modern port enterprises and bulk logistics enterprises, logistics operations with high real-time requirements, strong degree of automation, large data processing, The work flow is relatively complex and so on. In the future, how to give full play to the role of information engine, speed up the port transformation and upgrading, speed up shift, related to the overall situation of port development strategy. Facing the new situation and new requirements, it is an important and urgent strategic task to promote the construction of a logistics information platform which integrates logistics operations, data integration, standard construction, customer management and information service. First of all, from the political, economic, port development and other aspects of logistics development environment, at the same time consulting a large number of documents, research and analysis of the bulk grocery logistics information field at home and abroad research and development status and development trends. The purpose, significance and necessity of Qinhuangdao Port project construction are analyzed. Secondly, in the aspect of project demand analysis, this paper combs the operation management process of Qin Port bulk grocery logistics, and expounds in detail the purpose of the project construction, function requirement and performance requirement. In the aspect of project design, starting with the realization flow and design idea, the overall design idea is expounded in detail, and detailed analysis is made from several aspects, such as logical architecture design, application architecture design, subsystem function design and database design, etc. In the aspect of project realization, the software and hardware of the project are built from the aspects of server environment, database platform, development tools and so on, and the realization process of the system is described. Thirdly, this paper introduces the key technologies used in the project construction in detail, and sums up the innovation points of the project. Finally, the project is summarized and the future work is prospected.
