【摘要】：正时至今日,互联网早已非单纯的商业或生活的工具,互联网的发展应用与一国技术、制度、文化等因素紧密相连,丰富了各个国家公共事务管理的内涵,拓展了国家治理体系的新领域,加快形成了各个国家间的政治、经济、军事、社会等各领域新的更为深入的多维交织的态势。同时,也对构建新型全球互联网治理体系,保证网络安全、促进网络合作和网络资源均衡发展等提出了新的挑战和要求。全球互联网发展态势与治理面临的挑战
[Abstract]:Today, the Internet is no longer a simple tool for business or life. The development and application of the Internet are closely linked to the technology, system, culture and other factors of a country, enriching the connotation of the management of public affairs in various countries. It has expanded the new fields of the national governance system and accelerated the formation of a new and more profound multi-dimensional intertwined situation among the political, economic, military, social and other fields of each country.
