重庆市大型体育赛事选择策略研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的不断发展和进步，体育赛事已经成为了扩大对外交往、展示城市形象的重要手段之一，在不断推动城市政治、经济、带动旅游等相关产业发展等方面起到了越来越重要的作用。近年来，国内各地举办的体育赛事逐步增加，越来越多的城市倾向于举办更多的热门体育赛事，竞赛形式增多、规模扩大、频率增加，并且呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。加之体育赛事的对于举办城市的重大影响，特别是对于举办地的政治、经济、文化等诸多方面的影响，，使得越来越多的城市希望通过举办一些有影响力的赛事来促进当地经济的发展、文化的传播。一座城市顺利地举办一项大型体育赛事，需要得到多方面的保障，包括稳定的政治环境、良好的经济保障、健全的体育设施、通畅的交通条件、先进的通讯设备、良好的城市环境以及较为丰富的办赛经验等。事实上，能够保障所有这些因素的城市并不多。因此，某一城市若希望通过体育赛事推动当地经济、社会的发展，正确合理地选择体育赛事，将成为一个值得深入探讨的研究课题，如何基于自身城市实际情况，选择与城市契合的赛事是赛事选择中需要思考和解决的重要问题。本研究以重庆市为研究对象，立足于重庆市目前整体发展现状、体育事业发展现状采用文献调查法、访谈法、问卷调查法、专家咨询法等研究方法，结合体育赛事选择需要考虑的各项因素，分析并探讨了重庆市目前举办和发展大型体育赛事的有利条件有政府高度的重视、体育法制化日益健全以及良好的基础设施及群众基础设施条件等，也给出了重庆市举办和发展大型体育赛事的瓶颈，如大型赛事运营管理专业人才的匮乏、体育后备人才不足且项目分布不均以及举办大型赛事的场馆条件和配套设施不足等。给出了重庆市大型赛事选择应该遵循的基本原则：地域性、可操作、独特性、连续性、区域统筹原则。本文给出的重庆市大型赛事选择给出以下基本策略：重庆赛事选择的特色定位“激情山城，生态重庆”，要举办依托于城市自然景观的绿色生态体育赛事以及充满活力、展现重庆激情的体育赛事；在赛事层次选择上重点应该放在举办全国性和国际性的大型体育赛事来提升重庆的体育影响力和知名度，提升城市的形象；在项目选择上应该持续举办以马拉松和武隆山国际户外公开赛为代表的重庆特色品牌赛事；力争举办田径、游泳、跳水三个项目的国内锦标赛，发展目前较好的赛事项目，为今后举行大型赛事做出准备；赛事数量的选择要考虑赛事的总成本和总收益，时间选择要在考虑项目特征的情况下尽量避免高温多降水的夏季；空间选择要考虑到举办地的基础设施、容纳和接待能力及举办地的交通方便程度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of the social economy, sports events have become one of the important means to expand foreign contacts and display the image of the city. They are constantly promoting city politics and economy. Tourism and other related industries have played a more and more important role. In recent years, more and more cities tend to hold more and more popular sports events. The form of competition is increasing, the scale is expanding, the frequency is increasing, and showing a trend of vigorous development. In addition, sports events have a significant impact on the host city, especially on the political, economic, cultural and other aspects of the venue. More and more cities hope to promote the development of local economy and culture by holding influential events. A city that successfully hosts a major sports event needs to be guaranteed in many ways, including a stable political environment, good economic security, sound sports facilities, smooth traffic conditions, and advanced communications equipment. Good urban environment and rich experience in running competitions. In fact, there are not many cities that can protect all these factors. Therefore, if a certain city wishes to promote the development of local economy and society through sports events and select sports events correctly and reasonably, it will become a research topic worthy of further discussion, and how to base on the actual situation of its own city, Choosing a match with a city is an important issue to be considered and solved in the selection of events. This study takes Chongqing as the research object, based on the present situation of Chongqing's overall development, sports development using literature survey, interview, questionnaire, expert consultation and other research methods. Combined with the factors that need to be considered in the selection of sports events, this paper analyzes and discusses the favorable conditions for the holding and development of large-scale sports events in Chongqing, which the government attaches great importance to. The increasingly sound legal system of sports and good infrastructure and mass infrastructure conditions also give the bottleneck of Chongqing's holding and development of large-scale sports events, such as the lack of professional personnel in the operation and management of large-scale sports events. The sports reserve talent is insufficient and the project distribution is uneven, as well as the facilities and facilities for holding large-scale events. The basic principles to be followed in the selection of large-scale events in Chongqing are given: regionality, operability, uniqueness, continuity, and regional coordination. This paper gives the following basic strategies for the selection of Chongqing's large-scale events: the characteristic orientation of Chongqing's competition selection is "Passion Mountain City, Ecological Chongqing", and the green ecological sports events that rely on the city's natural landscape should be held and full of vitality. Demonstrate Chongqing's passion for sports events; In the selection of competition level, the emphasis should be put on holding national and international large-scale sports events to enhance Chongqing's sports influence and popularity, and promote the image of the city; In the project selection, we should continue to hold a marathon and Wulong Mountain Outdoor Open as the representative of the Chongqing brand event; Strive to hold track and field, swimming, diving three domestic championships, to develop the current better events, for the future to hold large-scale events; The selection of the number of events should take into account the total cost and total income of the event, and the time should be chosen to avoid the summer of high temperature and heavy precipitation under the consideration of the characteristics of the project. Space selection should take into account the infrastructure, capacity and accessibility of the site.
