突发公共事件中政府对自媒体舆情的引导研究

【摘要】:2005年之后,中国的互联网进入了跨越式发展时代,以亿为计算单位的网民正通过网络改变着中国的政治、经济、文化等各个领域。尤其是2008年,微博、微信、易信等自媒体平台的出现,使得自媒体舆情这个崭新的概念逐步兴起。正因为自媒体在传播途径上与传统媒体发生了本质的变化,所产生的舆情主体也与传统意义上的舆情主体发生了明显的变化。“网络民众”不等同于现实生活中的公民,由于自媒体自身所具有的特点,使得由此产生的舆情也被赋予了新的特征。同样突发公共事件中由于自媒体这一新兴的传播媒介的介入也产生了新的传播机制。本文将通过对突发公共事件中自媒体舆情发展历程的分析,探讨出突发公共事件中政府对自媒体舆情引导的困境与挑战。针对所存在的问题提出适合我国政府对自媒体舆情引导的实际对策。本文将融合马克思主义学科的理论体系,结合社会学、传播学等相关学科的知识体系,整合政府社会管理的实践经验,梳理现阶段学术界对突发公共事件中自媒体舆情研究成果,总结现阶段自媒体舆情中政府的管理手段和引导策略,并对现阶段自媒体舆情的传播机制、发展现状进行分析,并在此基础上探究政府引导的新途径。
[Abstract]:After 2005, the Internet in China has entered the era of leap-forward development. Internet users with 100 million units of computing are changing China's politics, economy, culture and other fields through the network. Especially in 2008, the emergence of Weibo, WeChat, Yi Xin and other self-media platforms made the new concept of self-media public opinion rise gradually. It is precisely because the self-media and the traditional media have undergone essential changes in the way of communication, the generated public opinion subject has also changed obviously with the traditional public opinion subject. "Internet people" is not equal to the citizens in real life, because of the characteristics of the media itself, the resulting public opinion is also given new characteristics. The new communication mechanism is also produced because of the intervention of self-media as a new medium in public emergencies. Based on the analysis of the development of self-media public opinion in public emergencies, this paper discusses the difficulties and challenges of government guidance to self-media public opinion in public emergencies. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward some practical countermeasures suitable for our government to guide the self-media public opinion. This paper will integrate the theoretical system of Marxist disciplines, the knowledge system of sociology, communication and other related disciplines, and integrate the practical experience of government social management. Combing the current academic research results of self-media public opinion in unexpected public events, summing up the management means and guiding strategies of the government in the self-media public opinion at this stage, and analyzing the communication mechanism and development status of self-media public opinion at this stage. And on this basis to explore new ways of government guidance.
